Writing practice and i don't mean time management. By writing practice, I mean, no matter how well you know your content, if you can't put it in words appropriately then you won't get your grades.
Now, it's hard to remember every single thing so here's a technique...
What? When? Who? Why? How? What's the use?
The basic information for any topic would be the answer to these questions. I'll take an example, suppose you have to write a short note on computer.
The points would be:
What is it? An electronic device.
When was it invented? Between 1833 and 1871.
Who invented it? Charles Babbage
Why did they invent it? To perform calculations
How does it work? (Input-Process-Output)
What's the main use? Storing, receiving and processing data
The more questions you answer, the more points you get. This can be applied generally, if you take your textbook and observe how many points each topic has, many might answer to the above questions.
So when you're writing the exam and you don't know how to continue, just think about what questions you've missed and answer to them.
Note: Change questions according to the topic/ subject and do not change the main keywords.
Bonus: Write all the general questions related to each lesson at the starting of the lesson or your notes. So, while revising, you'll know your order.
Reminder: It doesn't matter if you're "behind" from others. It's alright if you feel like people have accieved more than you. Life isn't a race of who can do more in their first 30 years. Hell, I see teenagers saying they have failed or that they aren't good enough, when things like that are not in the least important. You have so many years infront of you, no one's chasing you down. Don't beat yourself up.
I'm being indecisive so let's see 0-0
I want everyone to remember that studying isn't always aesthetically pleasing and that's okay; it doesn't mean you're not put together.
A reminder that being an introvert isn't a negative trait. And I think people should get that in their head.
gentle reminder don't focus on how your body looks, instead think about how healthy you are, how strong your body is and what it can do.

~ sound of raindrops falling are wonder to my ears but thunder is music to my soul...~
People make it weird by acting weird. Nobody was looking at you when you entered the room but if you be fidgety and nervous then viola! You've made people look at you and made it awkward. Seriously. I've had this experience so many times. Even when you've done something wrong, just apologize and say that "I'll do better" and watch the reaction of the other person. While if you act all guilty and just stare at the ground, of course it's going to piss someone off and this was something i realised really late. So, the next time you have any thoughts like:
what if it looks bad?
what if they think I'm weird?
what if they talk bad about me?
what if they talk behind me?
In most cases, you're the one in this situation and your brain is indirectly controlling you into doing things that actually prove your thoughts so in other words, you're messed up by your own mind.
