HOW TO LIVE LIKE GEORGINA SPARKS FROM CBBYZAC.COM
More importantly, you don't need to know which it is to practice self-care.
Self-caring anxiety and overstimulation looks the same:
Recognize you're feeling big feelings
Take as many deep breaths as your need to slow your mind
Identify what’s causing the feeling, whether sensory, environmental, or situational
Minimize that cause as much as possible immediately
Self-caring depression and understimulation looks the same:
Recognize you’re in need of stimulation
Turn on an interesting long-form video of some kind
Do some quick exercise like a walk or jumping jacks
Call a friend that'll let you infodump
If you're neurodivergent and easily get stuck on labelling things — I see you.
I'm here to remind you that you don't need to know what it is to take care of it in the meantime.
You can — will — figure it out later.
Why being delusional is the best solution | IT GIRL DIARIES
"being delulu is the solulu" - a pretty bitch
In today's world, being labeled delusional may often be seen as a negative insult, usually implying someone is out of touch with reality, which isn't wrong i mean.. ,but what if i told you embracing a form of delusion could actually be a powerful tool for manifesting your goals and changing your life?
Being delusional, in a positive sense, means creating a new belief or fantasy in your mind and living as if that is your reality. Over the years, I’ve realized that this type of thinking—where you treat the fantasy you create as your true reality—can lead to life-changing transformation.
View life as a game—one where you can choose who you want to be, like changing a character in a video game. I was fat and I didn't like that so, I decided to see myself as a "skinny girl" and live out that reality. I programmed my mind to believe this new identity, and my actions followed. The mind drives our actions; once I embraced my new self-image, my choices and behaviors naturally aligned with it. Eventually, I lost the weight, and that once “delusional” thought became my reality.
The key is to truly believe in the version of yourself that you want to become. By continuously reinforcing that belief, your mind will start sending signals that influence your actions to match this new identity. Whether you aspire to be wealthy, successful, or fit, the process remains the same. Create the fantasy, immerse yourself in it, and allow it to guide your actions until it becomes your truth.
So yes, being delusional is the solution. It’s about harnessing the power of your mind to reprogram your reality. By deluding yourself into the person you want to be, your actions will start molding you into that person, whether it’s the fit version of yourself, the wealthy version, or whatever else you desire. When used intentionally, delusion isn’t madness—it’s manifestation.

Hey guysss, I decided to write this post to motivate you a little.
I have finally experienced the void state/pure consciousness, for the first time!!!!!!!
(After more than a year!) And guess what? It happened when I wasn’t desperately searching for it! In fact, it occurred in a moment of complete relaxation, when I wasn’t even thinking about it.
After lunch, I lay down and let my mind wander with random thoughts (the famous distraction method). Then… I was there.
Not even half an hour had passed. And I remained in pure consciousness for many minutes.
I used to see it as something distant, mysterious, almost unreachable… but now, it’s no longer a mystery to me. I have experienced it. And honestly, I feel almost silly for having put it on a pedestal.
It’s just like when you learn something new: at first, it seems strange, then it becomes familiar, and finally, it feels natural.
The Void is our true nature! That’s why, in that moment, I didn’t even realize it. But I had already reached it.
And for me, that is a victory. A huge joy!!!!
This means that:
✔ I am capable of entering it.
✔ My subconscious knows how to get there.
✔ I can return anytime I want!
I was aware of the Void, but I wasn’t aware that I was there with intention.
Here’s what happened:
♡ I experienced the absolute peace of the Void (pure consciousness, formless awareness).
♡ I was present, but I didn’t "remember" to use it consciously to manifest.
♡ There was no specific intention, so I left without a visible 3D change.
⇉But now that I’m aware of it, next time, I’ll leave with my manifestations already realized!
In the Void, there is no waiting. The moment you think about what you want, it instantly becomes real.
Next time, instead of just letting myself be embraced by peace, I’ll have that little click inside me that says:"Hey! I’m in the Void! Now I choose my new state!"And then… BOOM 💥 reality changes instantly.(Most likely, you won’t see me active here on Tumblr anymore… because I’ll be too busy living my dream life!)
۵ I know many of you have already experienced the Void but didn’t recognize it at first. Don’t despair! Celebrate! Because this is the ultimate proof that YOU’RE ALREADY THERE!
In fact, it’s even easier now because we already know we’ve been there! It’s not something distant or complicated. It’s natural. It’s ours.
Even I, until it happened, didn’t truly understand what it meant to let go. I thought I had to "do" something, but instead… I did nothing.I simply relaxed completely.
⭆In the weeks leading up to this, I practiced SATS almost every day with affirmations like:
"I am already aware in the Void."
"I am pure consciousness."
And now I understand that this prepared the way for me to enter effortlessly. I love doing SATS.And I want to tell you: find the method that works best for you!The one that feels natural to you.➔Don’t get lost in complicated techniques or in what others say.For example, SATS has always been incredibly easy for me.And yet, for so long, I got lost in things like sleep paralysis or lucid dreams because I had experienced them many times… but they never really took me where I wanted to go.
♡𓈒 ཾ 𓈒ㅤㅤㅤㅤThe life of our dreams isn’t coming… IT’S ALREADY HERE. IT’S ALREADY OURS.ㅤ♡𓈒 ཾ 𓈒ㅤㅤㅤㅤ
I love you all! If you have any questions, ask them below! Kissss
you can manifest anything in days, hours, even seconds.
you ever think about how you’re shifting realities right now? you just did it. again. and again. and. boom. there it goes. you’re not stuck in one solid, concrete world. you’re a flipbook of possibilities, and every second, a new page turns. the you reading this isn’t the you from five seconds ago. that version of you is gone. poof. never to return. god, i miss her.
so, why do people think manifestation takes time? time is just the illusion that makes reality feel digestible to our little human brains. but you don’t "wait" for things. you shift to them.
LOA isn’t about "forcing reality" like you’re wrestling fate to the ground. it’s about assuming you’re already in the reality where your desire exists. because the multiverse is infinite. every possibility is real somewhere. you’re not "creating" your dream life. you’re just moving to the timeline where it’s already true.
you can literally manifest in milli-seconds. the second you assume something is true, you land in the reality where it’s true. the only reason it sometimes feels "slow" is because you keep doubting it, wobbling between frequencies like a radio that’s not quite locked in.
for example, you want your dream body? kewl. shift to the parallel reality where you already have it. no, i don’t mean work out for six months and hope for the best. i mean assume, right now, that you have it, and live as though you do. time is fake, and you don't need it. your cells aren’t checking their watches. you can wake up in two hours with the body you’ve always wanted, because why not? that timeline exists. people have done it. the only thing between you and that reality is the idea that it’s "too unrealistic."
and what’s more unrealistic? the concept of shifting infinite times per second through an ever-expanding multiverse of possibility, or the idea that one of those infinite realities just so happens to contain the exact thing you want and all you have to do is land in it?
anyways. "shifting" and "manifesting" aren’t two different things. they’re just two perspectives on the same mechanism. you shift every second, every moment, all the time. and manifestation is just deliberate shifting. picking the station instead of letting the static choose for you.
so, no more "waiting." no more "how long will it take?" because it’s already happened. the moment you say this is my reality now. congrats. you just shifted.

ughhh i wanna have a mini skirt, platform flip flops, coconut body mist, pigtails, gold anklet, glitter tattoos, daisy dukes, french tips, tan lines, body glitter, fruity drinks, key west kitten summer🐬🫧—but realistically, it will probably be more like a teen idle summer iykyk
Do you want to change your appearance? Your voice, energy, beauty, and entire perception of yourself?
You wake up one morning...and
You have the body you feel is yours.
The voice you love.
The skin that glows.
The energy that conquers.
➥You can do it. But not by changing your body. By changing who you are inside when you look at it.
➥The truth they don't tell you: The body you see now is not real. It's just a form held by your attention, your "I am this way." As long as you observe it as true → you confirm it. Even if you hate it. Even if you want to change it.
🍒How to break free:🍒
➥Stop trying to improve. Don't say "I'm becoming beautiful." Say: "I'm stunning. It's obvious." And live like that.
➥Stop reacting to what you see. The mirror, photos, your voice? They're no longer "you." They're just echoes of the old version you're leaving behind.
Treat your new body as already yours. Move like it's already yours. Breathe like it's already yours. Don't wait to see it. Just be. Let go of all struggle. If you're still thinking "but why hasn't it changed yet?" → you're still stuck in the version that's waiting. Stop it. Don't give it any more attention. No explanations. No justifications.
Thoughts don't manifest. It's the state you think from that creates. "I have the perfect body" said by someone who still feels insecure = doesn't work. But said by someone who no longer doubts, who already lives like it's true = BOOM. Reality bends.
Your reality is just a reflection of your perception, so change your perspective and your life will change.
Kisses kisses beauties ♡
a guide to looking effortlessly perfect
"You’ve got the false narrative of a girl who spends 30 seconds on her appearance, when, in fact, you probably spent hours.”
1. basic hygiene:
having clean teeth and good breath
smelling good 24/7. i highly recommend finding a signature scent as a scent is associated with memory, id suggest something sweet yet not too overpowering like vanilla.
being clean in general. regularly shaving and exfoliating your skin to get rid of bodily hair and dirt that accumulates on your skin to make your skin glow.
clean nails. having clean and maintained nails (with a simple design if you wish) looks better than having acrylics that are wayyy too long and appear tacky.
2. hair :
having smooth healthy hair looks much better than dry and damaged hair. take care of your hair by finding the best products for your natural hair. get rid of your split ends as they make the hair appear really damaged.
in my opinion, loose waves look the most effortless yet pretty. but don’t ruin your natural hair by applying too much heat! you can try heatless styling methods to achieve this look.
3. diet and exercise :
being toned is the way to go to fit this aesthetic
avoid oily foods or sugary foods that damage your skin. don’t completely get rid of these as we all have our cravings, but try your best to avoid it
find a workout plan that works best for you, keeps you healthy but doesn’t burn you out! moreover exercise releases endorphins that improve your mood.
4. makeup and skin care :
natural makeup on clear skin fits this effortless aesthetic perfectly!
take care of your skin by finding a routine that fits you the best, consult with a dermatologist for the best results.
having smooth, blended makeup creates an illusion that you aren’t wearing any at all! this appears much effortless than a full face. also try to avoid those really huge false lashes that make you look tacky.
maintain your eyebrows and find a shape that fits you best!
5. outfits :
having a signature style which suits your body type is essential. experiment until you can find what suits you best! you can use a body analysis app for this.
wearing outfits you’re confident in, hot but not too revealing goes a long way. confidence is key. wearing overly revealing clothing might seem like one is trying too hard, but if you can carry it with confidence then that’s great!
jewellery : having dainty, signature pieces is key! find out which suits you better (gold or silver) through an ai analysis and invest in timeless pieces. personally, i think minimalistic pieces such as solitaires, simple pendants, classic hoops etc. look much more effortless.
6. personality :
don’t be too judgemental towards anyone as you don’t know what they’re going through and this makes you seem unapproachable
don’t talk too much or overshare! this creates a mysterious aura which draws people to you more
confidence is key! posture is very important too, carry yourself with confidence and walk with your head held up high.
