for over a year i've been seeing palestinians campaigning for funds for their survival across social media. i see Palestinians in tumblr notes, twitter replies, youtube comment sections, tiktoks, instagram, etc. there's no social media i regularly use where i haven't seen multiple posts a day from Palestinians asking for help and to be heard. of course, i share and donate what i can. but what gets me is that if I am seeing posts every day then so are the millionaires and billionaires and politicians with the power to end their suffering...and they don't!!!!!
it makes me sick. according to forbes there are over 2700 billionaires in the world with a combined wealth of trillions. it would take less than even 1% of that to fill the gofundmes of Palestinians trying to rebuild their lives. yet the majority of money in these gofundmes is from ordinary folks scrounging spare change. its heartening in a way to watch so many with relatively little pool our resources to help others. but it also makes me so angry because i know there are people with more money than anyone in history seeing the same faces and gofundmes and are doing nothing.
so i'd really appreciate it if you could all help me spotllght Hani Alanqar's campaign. Hani is @haniyassersposts, is only 26, and currently sheltering in a school in Gaxa with his young siblings. He needs 25k to escape the genocide with his sick mother and father and has so far only raised 5k. His campaign is vetted #5 here. let's keep doing what we can to help until Palestine is free.
I love how Gerald was trying to keep Shadow from spoiling anything about the future meanwhile literally everything Shadow says and does around Maria is the biggest death flag ever

Our first victory against trump!
Time to start celebrating ALL the small wins, because EVERY win means a lot, and every win helps us fight for the next one!
In the heart of Gaza, where the echoes of war are a constant reminder of lost lives and shattered dreams, my family and I are fighting a battle for survival. My name is Mohamed, and like countless others here, my life has been turned upside down. The home I once knew, filled with laughter and memories, is now a pile of rubble. My past, present, and dreams for the future have all been crushed by the relentless conflict that surrounds us.
But amidst this chaos and devastation, there is one thing I haven't lost: my family. My parents, siblings, and I have somehow managed to survive the bombings and destruction. But survival is not living. We live each day in fear, wondering if it will be our last. We lack basic necessities—food, water, medicine, and the simple, yet essential, sense of security. Every moment feels like a desperate fight for life.
After our home was targeted and my father was injured
I have started a GoFundMe campaign in the hope of raising funds to support my family’s immediate needs and, ultimately, to help us escape this cycle of violence and despair. With your generous donations, I hope to provide my family with:
Basic Essentials: Food, clean water, and medical supplies to help us survive day-to-day.
Rebuilding Efforts: Helping us secure temporary shelter and essentials to rebuild our lives.
Evacuation Funds: The most urgent need is to find a safe place away from the constant threat of death and destruction.
Your donation, no matter how small, will not just be a monetary contribution—it will be a lifeline, a beacon of hope amidst the darkness. By supporting this campaign, you are helping to save lives, restore dignity, and offer a glimmer of hope for a future that, right now, seems almost impossible.
If you cannot donate, you can still make a difference. Sharing this blog post and the GoFundMe campaign link with your friends, family, and social networks can spread the word and inspire others to contribute.
I know that these are challenging times for everyone, but I believe that kindness knows no borders. Every bit of help counts and brings us one step closer to safety and peace. For my family and me, your support is the difference between life and death, hope and despair.
Please join me in this fight for survival. With your help, we can overcome this tragedy and rebuild our lives, even if it’s one small step at a time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ✨❤️

I hope you take a minute to read my story and help me.
Hello, I’m Ghada, the mother of the two children, Ahmed and Adam
I was left from Gaza to receive treatment in Egypt.
After 7 October my home was destroyed and we lost everything we have
Five years ago, I had a stroke in the left foot during childbirth. I still suffer from pain until this time. During the diagnosis, it was discovered that I have a genetic factor that causes blood clots and needed lifelong treatment.
For my son Ahmed, he is seven years old, he was diagnosed with electrical charges in the brain and because of that he suffers from excessive movement and distraction.
I hope you help me and support for treatment needs (for analysis and radiology).
On the other side I also need living needs of living in Egypt ,and the cost of rent the apartment and studying needs for my sons .
