Bastille is a band that has real good songs, but once you can relate to them, they f*cking hit you with a truck of sadness and next you find yourself wondering about the meaning of life

aawww, you're a very cute compliment giver (if that makes sense somehow) and it's Didaktik (that's the german word), the definition is something like "the science of learning and teaching" and it's about how children learn and stuff and it's honestly dry theory. Like, right now we have "Verkleidungsspiel" so dress up game and it's basically why do children play that?, what do they learn with that? And the thing is it's the most important subject at my school (Secondary Training College for Preschool Education (for some reason we aren't allowed to use the german word anymore) but yeah thanks for "listening" to me ranting
Nice you're good too, and trust me, it's the same with me! I also feel so freaking motivated when i'm in school like "I'm gonna rock this shit" and then it's all gone as soon as I really have time to do it
i still remember your post about how death eaters are hairdressers and bc you’re hilarious to me, you’re officially one of my favourite moots (it’s such a great title, i swear on my life etc. etc.) (ok so you might not feel honoured but I AM HONOURED and that’s really what matters) (wait but you also matter) and because you matter and you’re awesomely funny HOW ARE YOU?!
oh my god thank you!! I AM HONOURED TOO! I really love your posts! Okay now i forgot what i wanted to say but thanks for the compliment!
I'm good, just studying for a big test tomorrow (for a subject I hate), how are you?
Every url that reblog’s will be written in a book and shown to my homophobic dad.
Why is it always like that when i have to study for an exam i feel the most motivated to write and there are 50 fucking million ideas floating around in my head?
Oh my gods they're my fav ship too! They literally were the ones who got into this fandom!! And there is so cute fanart about them
My fav au is the wolfstar raising Harry one (although i never read a fic about it, cause i'm reading a jegulus pirates fic right now, but i'm planning on doing it!)
@storyparrot Wolfstar will FOREVER be in my heart and soul. To be clear!!!! I AM A WOLFSTAR BOTH BEING LOSERS AND REAL PEOPLE TRUTHER!!!!! NEITHER ARE "BAD BOYS" AND NEITHER ARE BABYGIRLS!!! THEY ARE NOT THE ALPHA AND BABY TWINK PROTOTYPE!!! I personally think they're at their best as toxic, doomed, old man yaoi. They're literally an all in one. Like them during/after prisoner of askaban is peak to me. I really wish there were more fics like that(any recs would be appreciated). For one, I think I said this before, I think Sirius was super interested in Remus from day one. Remus who was nothing like the people he grew up around, so honest and kind and quiet and considerate and charming and had a unique sense of humor and mischief. He was all that, but on the outside scarred, what could've happened? He needed to know more!! And Remus was a little intimidated first. My personal thoughts of how he grew up was his family kept him on their farmhouse and homeschooled him like I think was said in canon, so he wouldn't be very used to other kids, especially not loud kids like Sirius and James. But was slowly opened up, especially being around Peter, who was also quite quiet but already knew James and was more comfortable and tried to include Remus more and more. I believe the status quo of it taking Sirius a while to realize his feelings were more than curiosity and platonic. And I think it was quite a slow build for Remus, but was in full force before Sirius figured it out. But the YEARN. They actually invented yearning btw. (I'm skipping my thoughts on the war years cause I feel like that's what's talked about most, but if anyone wants a post from me about it, or even more in depth on this lmk) But post war..... Ugh my favourite. Like growing back together, relearning stuff about the other, both having stuff from those 12 years (and before) they struggle with and need to work through, but not having time. NOT HAVING ENOUGH TIME‼️I mean I don't even think they "got back together" between POA and sirius' death. There were too many unsaid things, too much time lost, not enough time with the war, other things on their minds. But when Sirius was laying low with lupin, I think they fell back into whatever routines and dynamics they had before just a little more hesitant. God I die for "never was said/official" ships😔 like they didn't need to hear it to know, they didn't need to label anything. And post askaban it was just an almost, a "what if?". 10/10 forever and ever and ever.
Few days ago I found this meme, so yes
Vegetarian Regulus Black you are real to me
It's fall and it's raining outside?
Time to stand in front of someone's house staring at a window without blinking or an umbrella and act all mysterious
While lethal injuries often take center stage, non-lethal injuries can create lasting effects on characters, shaping their journeys in unique ways. If you need a simple way to make your characters feel pain during a scene, here are some ideas:
Sprained Ankle
A common injury that can severely limit mobility, forcing characters to adapt their plans and experience frustration as they navigate their environment.
Rib Contusion
A painful bruise on the ribs can make breathing difficult and create tension, especially during action scenes, where every breath becomes a reminder of vulnerability.
Concussion
This brain injury can lead to confusion, dizziness, and mood swings, affecting a character’s judgment and creating a sense of unpredictability in their actions.
Fractured Finger
A broken finger can complicate tasks that require fine motor skills, causing frustration and emphasizing a character’s dependence on their hands.
Road Rash
The raw, painful skin resulting from a fall can symbolize struggle and endurance, highlighting a character's resilience in the face of physical hardship.
Shoulder Dislocation
This injury can be excruciating and often leads to an inability to use one arm, forcing characters to confront their limitations while adding urgency to their situation.
Deep Laceration
A cut that requires stitches can evoke visceral imagery and tension, especially if the character has to navigate their surroundings while in pain.
Burns
Whether from fire, chemicals, or hot surfaces, burns can cause intense suffering and lingering trauma, serving as a physical reminder of a character’s past mistakes or battles.
Pulled Muscle
This can create ongoing pain and restrict movement, providing an opportunity for characters to experience frustration or the need to lean on others for support.
Tendonitis
Inflammation of a tendon can cause chronic pain and limit a character's ability to perform tasks they usually take for granted, highlighting their struggle to adapt and overcome.
