first i want to say yes it "exists" but there's more to it than we can experience with the human senses.
we only see 0.0035 percent of reality. all of the atoms and molecules and vacuums between them are so tiny but that's not what i mean by not seeing all of reality. the real reason has to do with our biological makeup, our eyes are not designed to see everything, every wave on the electromagnetic spectrum or things outside of what we call "visible light"
knowing this what makes you think anything is impossible? what you think is possible is only 0.0035 percent of reality
a recent noble prize winning study was proving that the universe isn't "locally real" what is "locally real" though?
things exist in YOUR reality when you are aware/conscious of those things, when the light or sound allows you to experience it with you human senses however when your attention or external factors such as light and sound waves go away it ceases to exist in your consciousness. this doesn't mean it doesn't exist in the external reality. like "oh my phone is in another room so phones were never invented" no it's just showing that the internal reality has more power, has more meaning. and the outer reality is just an effect or mirror.
with how little we perceive with the senses and how much the 4d makes possible why are you limiting yourself to the outer senses? now I'm not saying go out blindfolded across a busy street with music blasting in you headphones so you have no awareness of the external things going on around you but a mindset that may be helpful is to think
"if humans only experience 0.0035 percent of reality then how is anything impossible, there are endless opportunities, and because of that why don't i make it so the small amount of reality i experience is what i want it to be?"
How to Stop Playing Small & Start Moving Like a Winner
Thereâs a difference between people who are just seen and people who are felt. The latter donât beg for attention, they just walk into a room and shift the atmosphere. Thatâs the glow-up no one talks aboutâthe kind that starts inside and radiates outward.
I thought a glow-up was about changing my hair, my wardrobe, my face. But what actually changed my life? My energy.
Hereâs how I stopped playing small and started moving like the winner I was always meant to be.
If youâre waiting for something external to confirm youâre important (money, attention, approval), youâll always feel like something is missing. The glow-up happens when you wake up one day and decide:
I am interesting, valuable, magneticâbefore anyone else says it.
I deserve to take up space and be seen.
I no longer play down my personality to make others comfortable.
Ask yourself: If I were already the most powerful, glowing version of meâhow would I think? How would I move? What would I tolerate?
Then start acting like that.
A lot of us were conditioned to be âhumble,â to be âlikable,â to dim ourselves down. But letâs be realâplaying small has never helped anyone win.
Speaking softly so you donât sound âtoo muchâ? Stop it.
Sitting back when you know you have something to say? Stop it.
Not going after what you want because âwhat if I failâ? Stop it.
Winners arenât afraid to be seen trying. And trust me, people can feel when you doubt yourself. The second you start believing you belong in the spotlight, the world will reflect it back to you.
Confidence isnât just posture or outfits (though, yes, those help). Itâs the subtle way you exist that makes people remember you.
Speak slower. Move with certainty. Rushed energy screams insecurity.
Make eye contact. Like you expect people to listen when you talk.
Stop over-explaining. Say what you mean, then stop talking.
Carry yourself like you have somewhere important to be. Even if itâs just a coffee run.
People should feel something different when theyâre around you. Like they just met someone important. Because they did.
Hereâs the truth: when you glow up internally, youâll stop tolerating things that donât align with your highest self.
Low-effort friendships? No, thanks.
Situationships with people who donât see your worth? Not my vibe.
Doubting yourself before you even try? Thatâs embarrassing.
Once you start seeing yourself as the prize, the whole world starts treating you that way too.
You donât become magnetic, successful, iconic by waiting for permission. You do it by deciding:
âIâm already her.â
âI already have what it takes.â
âItâs just a matter of time before the world catches up.â
And then you start walking, talking, living like thatâs the truth. Because it is.

Thatâs all i did, the first days i felt a little anxious but then everything was okay, and i was EXTREMELY calm.â
â° âI started focusing on the feeling of having everything I wanted, without being specific because my subconscious/ god knows what it is, itâs when things started happening, and let me tell you itâs was so quick.â
â°âI didnât work on my self concept, I didnât do methods (however I tried SATs and it did work for me once but I stopped since I got lazy) I didnât focus on time or logic, I didnât do anything but focus on what was happening in my imagination.â
â° âyour only job in here is to think from the perspective that you already have it baby. don't stress yourself, everything will change because if it is in your imagination and you accept that it will reflect in the 3d, thats literally everything everything and everything . you don't need to change your thoughts, only your state, you want to get into the void this night? imagine however you want that you are waking up with everything you wanted, it is not a desire, it is the reality. you want proof? go to your imagination. everything is there.â

Inspired by how I'm currently trying to read again.Â
START SHORTER. Try to read something manageable for you, and it doesnât have to even be a full novel. It could be an essay on something that interests you or any short stories you find. Get into the habit of reading at your own pace, till you feel ready to take on something bigger.Â
SET REALISTIC GOALS. Instead of wanting a goal like completing a book within a week, I would say 20 minutes of reading per day or at least 2 hours per week. You donât have to track the time when youâre reading, but make mental notes of when you start reading and how long you read.Â
EXPLORE. You may even be tired of reading certain genres, and not notice it. While in a slump, I would explore different books and see what interests me the most. For example, if you love reading romance books, try some action ones instead(or vice versa.)
REREAD FAVES. The familiarity of some books can help us get back into the swing of reading. Every time I reread a book, I always pick up on new details that I didnât notice before. Reread one of your favourite books and try to spot details that you didnât spot before.Â
MAKE A LIST. Create a list of all the books that you want to read or reread. I feel like the process of seeing all the books you could, really encourages you to pick up that book.Â
TRY A DIFFERENT FORMAT. For a lot of us, reading paperback or hard copy is the way to go. However, when Iâm in a slump, I feel like opting for a different format helps me to get back into reading. For example, a digital book, or an e-book. (or vice versa)
READ IN A DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT. I love LOVE, reading in an actual library. It is not for everyone, but a change of scenery can help. Some ideas can be at a park, a cafe, beaches and or a nature trail.Â
PAIR READING WITH ANOTHER ACTIVITY. Some examples are exercising, cooking, travelling/commuting or doing mindfulness activities. This is more for getting back into the habit, once youâve got it again, I would say to focus only on reading.Â
SHOW. UP. AS. HER. Not next week, not next month. Not next year. In real-time, in the present moment right now. Each time you delay your very best self in the future youâre screaming to the universe âI am not worthy as I am right nowâ. I am not worthy of investing in me, in how I look, in going to the pilates classes, in taking myself out for the nice lunch I promised, on going on the trip thatâs been on my bucket-list for years. On waking up early like I promised myself. Delay, delay, delay. There will always be delays unless you DECIDE to take control. Unless you decide that the version of you in this moment IS WORTHY of the investment. Each of us has in mind this higher, elevated version. The 2.0. The upgraded you. Your job is to build habits that bridge the current you to the elevated you. What needs to change to get you over the bridge? What do you need to do? What do you need to stop doing? These are the daily questions. Do some reflections. Make a plan. Stick to it.Â
