Disgusting shit everywhere
black femininity is like femininity on steroids. like if you think it takes ages to adhere to femininity as a white woman, black women are putting in more hours (with even lower average incomes). because being feminine or womanly also means being more white. from "hair care" to "skin care" black women have to edit their appearance to not just look less "manly" but less black. endlessly paying for the sin of being a woman and a black woman on top of that.
and all that work just to get fetishized by gross jakeys at the end of the day.
Reclaiming these words is a male supremacy linguistic trick to make women participate in their own humiliation.

the concept that privilege on one axis can “cancel out” oppression on another axis is such a prevailing idea among this generation. it’s led to so much damage within social justice movements, and i think it directly contributed to the rise of identity politics, “oppression olympics,” and the obsession with listing every detail about your mental illnesses, race, and disabilities online. it’s a constant battle to prove that you’re oppressed, that you have the least amount of net privilege. it’s not factual, and it has no bearing in the real world. oppression and privilege on different axes can’t be added and subtracted from each other. they are different variables.
i really like the definition of “adult human female” because it says “thats all it is. its not femininity, makeup, submissiveness, softness, anything. all it is is biology. the rest is up to the individual”
Why the fuck do I exist ? I do not belong anywhere and no one seem to understand me, I do not have any goal, not a thing to achieve... I feel disgusted by the world around me and by myself... I deeply feel that I am not supposed to be in this world...
Men after making "a philosophical discovery" but its just shit girls knew when we were like 11

today i had the dubious honor of learning that william wordsworth stole entire passages out of the journals his sister, Dorothy Wordsworth, wrote.
"The Grasmere Journal and Wordsworth's other works revealed how vital she was to her brother's success. William relied on her detailed accounts of nature scenes and borrowed freely from her journals. This passage is clearly brought to mind when reading William's 'Daffodils', where her brother, in this poem of two years later, describes what appears to be the shared experience in the journal as his own solitary observation. Her observations and descriptions have been considered to be as poetic if not more so than those of her brother."
Just a place to express myself, I'm trying to learn
