{My post is Cross Posted from The Cobalt Athenaeum aka my original post}
A little tech magic trick I have taught myself is using various forms of electricity sources to tie my wards to for continuous charging, to power spells when I lack the energy and for a personal energy boost.
Warding I have tied my wards to my home's electricity. The way I did this was I drew a sigil onto a sticky pad and stuck it onto the breaker panel, really you can draw it on with your finger with an anointing oil of choice (ON THE DOOR. I REPEAT GET NOWHERE NEAR THE SWITCHES). Then placed another connecting sigil into my warding jars/placed them with the instructions for my wards. The only downside is I live in a place where my power can go out, so I always have a backup power source to keep them going. Something to keep in mind.
Spellwork I did a similar method for my spells, using a connecting conducting sigil. These sigils are easy to make, at least in theory. You can check out the what-are-sigils channel for a deeper look. You make two sigils with one as an input and the other as an output, connecting the two in a circuit-like mechanism which creates a power source for your spell. Because it is raw energy you need to fine-tune directing it otherwise it may go haywire.
Self Fueling This is fun, using the tendril method I connect with the electricity fueling my house. It’s a very simple method. You start by visualizing energy tendrils coming out of your fingers, they look like moving wiggling little tendrils of any colour. They slowly expand and reach into the walls, into the wires themselves. This can take practice to do but it is an incredibly valuable method. I suggest grounding after to get rid of any excess so you are not jittery. You can use any electrical source for this.
Blessings,
Juniper

It is important that you do this spell on a sunday morning for it will be more effective. Before doing this spell, ask which deity wants to work with you, if none of the deities listed wants to work with you, work with the deity that you usually work with, or search for other deities that are connected to the sun. Once you know which deity wants to work with you, prepare your alter outside, and put down offerings for them. Make sure to cleanse your space and energy with smoke. Take a bowl, put crystals around the bowl, and then pour water into the bowl, this water will be used to make sun water so make sure its directly under the sun. In the meantime you can bask in the sun, doing so will recharge your energy, and help ease your mind. Once you felt water has been in the sun long enough (make sure its clean!), take your sun water, pour it into a bottle for later. Then take another bottle, place a sticky note onto it, then write down your wish, and the deity's name, this will be the title for your potion. Now its time to make a potion: put a few drops of the sun water into a new bottle, put in flowers, your favorite perfume (or essential oil), body gel, gold or copper highlighter/eyeshadow, and put it into the bottle. Shake the bottle and there you have a magical sun potion! Use this potion only on your body! 💫✨
Benefits of this spell: Glowy sunkissed tan skin, manifest your desired friend group, have a vivacious personality, step into the room and there will be all eyes on you, be a walking god/goddess, be popular and famous, be optimistic and less pessimistic, heals and removes blockages from your solar plexus, calms anxiety, bring in positive vibes, more energy (less tired and lazy), have the inspiration to create art, and better mental health.
There’s lots of Witchcraft within our modern times that can be done online. Especially mobile. Many people have a phone even if they don’t have a computer. This makes carrying a digital grimoire and/or secret craft a lot easier. Yet there are some, that still struggle with finding some good resources. So this post is made for just that.
Keep in mind that everything is meant primarily for phones, since that’s the most common thread among digital Witchcraft.
Free Apps
⚜️ TimePassages: An app for astrology lovers! It has a moon tracker as well as daily horoscope (if you’re into that) but one of the best features is its extensive and detailed birth chart information. It includes a birth chart wheel and all its aspects. It’s a great source for working with planetary energies within and without the self. It’s an all around great app.
⚜️ Rock Identifier - Stone ID: There are several apps that claim to identify stones and Crystals but this is the highest rated and the one I enjoy the most. It not only identifies the stone but can offer a bit of info on some of the beliefs around that stones energy.
⚜️ About Herbs: This is a wonderful app that doesn’t get enough love. It’s an app that discusses medicinal advantages and disadvantages of various plants. They are presented by the Memorial Sloan Kettering cancer center, and provide links to the research to back up their claims. They also make it clear that they are for informational purposes and not to self diagnose, or self medicate without proper treatments from your doctor. They are a wonderful app for those who prefer herbal medicine.
Web Sites
⚜️ Divination:
Tarot: This website sells their decks but also gives free single card draws for all of them. What’s great about it is that while tarot does have basic meanings they all share, the artwork on each deck plays a significant role in each meaning, making the reading far more unique then the average deck
Runes: A fairly simple and easy to use rune generator. They offer several spreads as well as the history behind the practice and meanings on each rune.
⚜️ Sigil Generators: Each website offers a different style to the sigils they create. Each as well has a downloadable feature for those sigils you make.

For this week I chose the words “Forgotten Temple”… and then went on in my head imagining lost civilizations and an ancient cult of the Sun, whose clerics wore crystal amulets… because, well… I probably miss playing dnd too much.
The visual inspiration for this piece came from Kingdoms of Amalur and, speaking of mysterious populations, from the art of the Erathi ruins in particular.
Though I have a problem with many of the narrative choices of this videogame, the artists who designed creatures and environment created something breathtaking, and, for this particular aspect, KOA will always have a place in my heart.

Colors: Use yellow, orange, and gold to represent the sun’s vibrant energy.
Herbs and Crystals: Include sun-linked herbs like rosemary, chamomile, and sunstone crystals.
Making Sun Water 🌞💧
Sun water is a powerful tool in solar magic. To make it, simply place a glass jar or bowl of water in the sunlight to charge. You can use sun water in spells, to cleanse tools, or add it to your bath for a refreshing boost of solar energy.
Sun Plants 🌻🌿

When we connect with the Earth's energy, we tap into a powerful source of vitality and strength that flows through nature. By grounding and centering ourselves, we draw on the Earth's stability to find balance and calm within. Simple practices like standing barefoot on the ground or imagining roots extending from our feet into the soil help us feel deeply connected to the Earth's energy. In tuning into this natural rhythm, we can find comfort and support, especially during times of uncertainty.
Earth Symbols: acorns, trees, stones, leafs.

When we connect with the Air element, we tap into the limitless potential of our mind and spirit. Practices like meditation, visualization, and breathwork help us tune into the subtle flow of Air, expanding our awareness and opening up new possibilities. Meditation, in particular, quiets the mind's chatter, allowing us to focus on our breath and find inner peace and clarity. By paying attention to the gentle rise and fall of our breath, we ground ourselves in the present moment and nurture a deep sense of mindfulness.

When we connect with the Water element, we dive deep into the flow of our emotions and intuition, letting ourselves be gently guided by the currents of our subconscious mind. To deepen this connection, spending time near water can be incredibly powerful. Whether you're sitting by a river, taking a bath, or simply drinking a glass of water with intention, you can feel the influence of Water. When we immerse ourselves in water or let its flow wash over us, we allow our emotions to flow freely and surrender to the natural rhythm of life. This opens us to the transformative energy of Water, helping us embrace our inner mysteries and move gracefully through life's changes.
Water Symbols: sea shells, water waves, dolphin, pearl

When we connect with the Fire element, we tap into the fiery depths of our soul, awakening our deepest desires and aspirations. Practices like ritualized burning, candle magic, and sun gazing help us align with Fire's transformative energy, igniting the flame of our true purpose. Ritualized burning is a powerful way to work with Fire's energy. It allows us to release what no longer serves us, creating space for new growth and transformation. By writing down our fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs on paper and then burning it in a sacred fire, we symbolically free ourselves from their grip, clearing the path for fresh starts and new beginnings.
