I was high off my ass last night and had this dream where I was in this dense ass forest and sitting there was a tall woman. She was so tall I couldn’t see her face but she was wearing gold and I was like “uh…hi?” And she said “I made you, do you know that?” And I nodded and she was like “I hear your thoughts. Why do you hate my creation? Why do you try to destroy yourself? I made you perfect as you are. Please don’t break my heart”. Then she started crying and it flooded and I woke up with fucking heart palpitations like what does it Mean™️????

“There are no trigger warnings in real life”

“The real world is cruel, get over it.”

My boyfriend is triggered by Christmas and Christmas music. We were in a restaurant, and Christmas music was playing, and he started panicking so he went outside for a cigarette. The manager of the restaurant overheard him saying he had to get out, and changed the music over for the rest of the time we were there. There are safe spaces in the real world. People are nicer than you think. And bullshit people who try to tell you to get over your triggers, ain’t shit.

we should encourage kids to have less realistic goals in life. so many people asked me what I wanted to do after college and I responded with absolutely bonkers shit like ‘a computer programmer’ or ‘lawyer’

fuck dude, neither of those are anything, they’re nothing, not even half-way aligned with who I am as a person. We might as well go all the way now, like

“What do you want to do with your life?”

“Hoping to single-handedly reform the supercontinent of Pangea at the end of all this. Thanks for asking.”

it's okay to eat.

it's okay to eat if you've already eaten today.

it's okay to eat if you haven't excerised today.

it's okay to eat if you don't feel like you've "earned" it.

it's okay to eat whatever you want. food has no inherent morality attached to it. eat a cookie, a salad, some noodles - whatever you want. we're trained to see food as the enemy, but it should be so much more! food keeps us alive, and allows us to do every wonderful thing we do every day. food should be your friend. you don't have to earn any type of food, or any at all. food is a necessity.

it's okay to eat. period.
