here are three ways to induce sleep paralysis.
*REMINDER: the “demons” are not real. you get them bc you’re very scared and your mind starts to conform to your thoughts. since in SP your subconscious is very open to suggestion, it will be a scary experience. think of positive stuff like your dr for example.
also you can literally use SP to get to the void state, lucid dream, astral projection and more.
go to sleep and wake up after 4-6 hours
stay up for 1-2 hours and lay back down
don’t move too much
you will feel SP symptoms after 5-10 minutes
then boom, you have it.
you may wish to shift, or even get into the void state.
go to sleep for 4 hours in the afternoon
stay up for 6 hours
go back to sleep again and you feel symptoms IMMEDIATELY.
it’s the same as wbtb but it’s like a PM version so if you know you won’t be able to get up early then do this.
works for me all the time but ion use this as much bc i did it when i had school so i was tired in the afternoon.
stay in a still position for 15-20 minutes
you can listen to a sp subliminal
if you feel a scratch or tickle do NOT entertain it.
repeat the affirmations: “MIND AWAKE, BODY ASLEEP”
you should get SP.

I almost shifted again!!
I woke up early today and I was still tired but I had a really hard time going back to sleep,,
at first I was playing music from a playlist that remind me of the current reality I’m focusing on shifting to, but eventually I just shuffled through my liked songs cus it felt like, because it was a themed playlist, I was thinking too much about that reality and not on sleeping and I just really wanted to sleep
after a while I managed to go to sleep and I was dreaming and whatnot,, but similar to the last time this happened, I was in that weird state between awake and asleep,, so not entirely asleep and maintaining some consciousness
and soon enough I started getting the same tunnel/soul being pulled out of my body feeling that I got last time,, only it also felt like my body was moving??
I was laying on my side,, but I felt like I had completely turned over onto my back and my arms, that used to be by my side,, were now in front of me,,,
I’ve heard of feeling your surroundings change and feeling like your floating, but it literally felt like I had just completely rolled over, but I never did and when I went back to sleep I noticed that I was still in the same position I always was
I tried to stay rooted to that feeling and using it as a means to try and push my consciousness out of this body and into another but it didn’t work and eventually I just knocked out,,
I held onto the feeling for longer tho, which is improvement, but the main thing was that I experienced this again at all since it’s happened when I least expect it, albeit in similar sleep deprived scenarios
the next step, it feels like, is actually trying to push myself into my intended reality so I’ve gotta start looking for those final push posts, seeing what I think would work for me, and applying it
but I’m getting close!! any progress, no matter how shaky and imperfect, is still progress!
I didn’t shift, but I managed to get into that weird state of consciousness again and I know that it wasn’t just a fluke!
shifting is literally a hair away,, I just need to work on that final push

Don’t treat this exercise as a method. Changing your shitty mindset is not something that happens overnight (mostly). I dare you to prove to yourself that you’re patient enough.
in manifesting, we don’t try to manifest. there are three steps to it ⋮ 1 ⋮ picking a desire ⋮ 2 ⋮ assuming it to be yours and ⋮ 3 ⋮ persisting in that assumption aka enjoying it in imagination. none of these steps include "trying" because whenever you "try" to manifest, you automatically fail.
you aren’t trying to manifest. when you manifest, you don’t attempt to. you simply BECOME. you simple ARE. you simply HAVE. the more you try, the more you will experience trying it. but he more you ARE, the more you will experience BEING it.
my perspective on trying to manifest changed when i understood that to try represents a STATE as well (shouout to edward art). it's a CONCEPT of self. it's a FEELING. trying to get, trying to achieve, trying to attain, trying to resolve, trying to attract … these are all FEELINGS. feelings that you internalise within and take with you before you imagine.
if you keep trying to manifest, you will forever continue to remain in this state of trying, not embodying or experiencing. remember, self must be expressed and your assumptions of self must harden to fact. the outer world can only reflect your inner world. if you identify as the version of self that tries and waits for their desires, this version of you HAS to be expressed. only when you truthfully BECOME your desired version, your external reality will have to reflect it back to you.
let’s imagine two people. person A and person B. person A and B are both manifesting their desires. when you ask them about their desires, this is how they would respond:
A · i manifested my desires. i am experiencing them in my imagination. i already am who i want to be and have what i want to have.
B · i'm trying to manifest my desires. i'm trying to live in the end but i don't fully believe in it. i haven’t really identified with my desired version of self so far.
person A is identifying as a person who already has become their desired self whereas person B hasn't. one person is identifying with the END while the other one is still identifying with the PROCESS.
the feeling of trying is nowhere near the feeling of being. it’s incomplete. it’s unfinished. it will leave you feeling unfulfilled and dissatisfied. the state of trying will only drain you out of energy. and it will forever hinder you from feeling the feelings you wish to feel.
but before a feeling or a state (they both mean the same) gets materialised, it has to exist somewhere before. before it occurs on the OUTside, it first occurred on the INside. in conclusion, ALL states belong to you. ALL of them can only exist if you permit them to. only if you give allowance and acceptance to a state, it can take place in the physical.
moral of the story? don’t try becoming it. just BE it.

so many of you guys know that i favour sleep paralysis, though i never tried to use it to get to the void state.
i didn’t want to use it to shift to my dr but to see what it was like.
if you’re unsure: the void state is a deep meditative state of instant manifestation.
so today i woke up at 11:00am and stayed up for an hour
i felt tired so i laid back down and after like 10 minutes i felt symptoms of sleep paralysis
not long after that i was in sleep paralysis
now at this stage i was like “for shits and giggles let me go to the void”
i said “i am” over and over again and “i am in the void state”
and oh my god literally in 5 seconds i didn’t feel my surroundings anymore
i was literally floating!!!
i felt so at peace and it was all black
i wanted to manifest my dream face so i said i have all my dream face and felt my face change omg
i also am a football fan so i manifested that we make a couple of signings during the summer!!
and after that i left the void state!
it’s literally that easy for me and i’m so happy.
i will MOST DEFINITELY be visiting the void state more often wow

it’s called hypnagogia. the amount of times i’ve nearly shifted with this method is UNREAL.
hypnagogia is a state between wakefulness and sleep.
have you ever been watching a show/movie etc. and you keep dozing off to sleep and keep waking up, yeah it’s that.
usually in this state people hear/see scary stuff but it ain’t real
when you are on the brink of sleep, try not to move so you don’t get rid of that drowsy ness
lay in a comfy position and you can
say affirmations
visualisation
use 5 senses
listen to music that reminds you of ur dr
you will almost feel symptoms instantly because you have been detached from your CR and this makes attaching to your DR more easier.
this method really works litch tried it in school and felt my surroundings change but i got scared my teacher would snitch and woke up…

In all seriousness, you should really check why you feel the need to know everything there is to know about shifting/manifesting. It's okay to want to know more, only if it doesn't come at the expense of ACTUALLY applying that knowledge. I've always held the belief that knowledge is useless if you do nothing with it. And as far as I see, it holds true. It's sooooo easy to get everything that you want, SO 💥 WHY 💥 TF 💥 ARENT 💥 YOU 💥 DOING 💥 IT !?!?
OMLLLLL, all of us bloggers are saying the exact same shit in different fonts (i chose pink tehe 🤭). Honestly, nobody can force you to apply. If you are content with the life you live, then that's ayt 🤷♀️. Like idk if you expect us to manifest for you or smth. We are already sharing our knowledge and experience on how we got what we got, for FREE. Yet you can't hold up your end of the bargain 🤦♀️.
Must feel nice, huh ? Getting that dopamine rush everytime you like a post. Making mental reminders to affirm this or do that or listen to that sub of whatever tf.
