Scarlett's Short Thoughts About "App Staff"
Things I love about this episode SPECIFICALLY, besides just "the entire thing!" even though I wanna say that:
-Being thrown into the Recycling Bin is a minor inconvenience and not dangerous in the slightest, especially if you're on the top of the pile.
-Green loves accidentally invoking trauma-? Poor Second!! XD
First the poor prank with the Lava during Influencer Arc and poor traumatized Blue, now this!!
[Luckily despite being partially erased, Second seems more surprised than harmed (unlike a poor grey hollowhead we know-)]
-Google Maps staff is awesome. All the more reasons why the overpowered nature of the staff can't be used to locate Second and Yellow in the Ava timeline, for plot purposes of course. xD
-as soon as I saw Second messing with the calculator staff, I got all happy the orange blorbo is still as sharp with math as ever.
AND THEN HE POKED THE E, LIKE "Euler, you in there-?"
SECOND REMEMBERS HIS MATH FEVER DREAMS AND HE CLEARLY DIDN'T FORGET ANY OF IT
-Discord notifications do be like that.
Aggressive flying projectiles that attack you with bleeps.

-Among us! Owch, Red.
-Paypal!! XD NOO
Alan's poor bank account must suffer quite a lot with these regular stick figure shenanigans-
ALAN THIS WAS AMAZING
To the AvA/ AvM fandom what should we call the new stock figure?
I know a lot of people have been calling them Orange, but there is already an Orange. Much of the fandom calls SC Orange. This could very easily get confusing, if not with new content, but with old.
Personally I've been calling them tall. But, everyone else can probably come up with a way better name.
YESSSSSS YOU GET IT
oomf brought up something and my mind exploded
a Theory
my colorgang young n adult/nowdays designs :Dc
ALL OF THAT though he wouldn't particularly care that much about Second and Red's because yk, those aren't his own, but would still ridicule them and judge their attacks
Holy shit we seriously need Dark to humble Navy.
do you think, if navy knew [maybe he's also staring at that random rocketcorp tv playing alan becker's live stream who knows], would he be "proud" of purple? what would he think?
OKAY TWIN. This exact scenario has been on my mind for a whileeee now, but I have been avoiding it like the plague due to how much I hate that meta storyline they introduced with Alan's channel being canon (not so) canon.
That being said, logic doesn't apply here now! It depends what specific scene you're asking. Purple sacrificing himself? Purple rocking Second and Red's shit up? Those are both instances where Purple actually fought physically, while the rest are his plain gaslightive asshole-geste.
For Red and Second, I feel like he would be proud, but simutamously commenting on any slightest mistake or flaw that stands out in the dispute, he just feels like the type lmfao

anyways looking for some avam mutuals reblog here jshjsw
huge fan that the day of the Booth 30 incident was actually Gold's birthday. 13th birthday to be exact
King reminiscing Gold's pivotal state of being this puny little dude then a jump to as nearly as tall as him! I guess it's a kind of valid hc for the most part
cough cough and Gold being so, so tiny in King's limbo more than he actually is would be a lot more upsetting if this were the context so food for thought
The thought of King struggling financially, the thought of the little fair opening up once a year but the two never being able to attend due to their little situation (but this one time) King would go above and beyond for Gold becoming a teen.
Because who knows? Maybe they won't be as close when Gold reaches that little rebellious teen phase of his life, so best to enjoy and savor every bit to the best of his ability
(And yk, glad he did because he will never be a day older)
just wanted to draw Vicente, my baby
jayce enduring a symbolic rendition of viktor's trauma is so painful and so, so clever.
being stricken down and immobilized through sheer accident or, in viktor's case, a cruelly random quirk that caused his disability.
then physically dragging himself from the lowest level of zaun to piltover, much like how viktor spent his youth reaching toward the promise piltover offered, but only if he could "pull himself up by the boot straps" and get there on his own. socioeconomic forces working against him be damned.
i appreciate arcane reminding us of viktor's origins - the reason he is so called to help people and, eventually, save himself - and putting jayce through the ringer - the contrast between he and viktor's lived experiences is front and center throughout season 1. the writers send jayce, and the audience, on a grueling journey to contemplate those experiences and how they've manifested in these intertwined characters.
