extremely grateful this season. I was accepted to a medical school of my dreams a couple days ago while at the airport for my flight home for the holidays
I actually missed the call because I was running to my gate but I literally sobbed to my partner in front of strangers because getting into this medical school and becoming the person I am today are things I used to only wish and yearn for. but now they are truth and reality and I just feel so grateful for every single thing that’s led me to this point
Wade: Awww whats wrong peanut?
Logan: Nothing Wade, just leave me alone.
Wade: Doesn’t sound like nothing :( sounds someone got their bones fused with Sadamantium :(
wore my thigh high boots on a walk today and we had to take a path through some long grass and while everyone else was rolling their pants into their socks and putting on jackets to protect themselves from ticks i was standing there smug as hell in my thigh high leather boots.
oh this collar? no no it's not a sex thing, yeah it's not really for fashion either. yeah no it keeps my head attached. yeah my head? it's detached? yeah no it falls right off if i don't wear the collar, huge pain in the ass. the jingle bell is a sex thing though.
*through gritted teeth* every day i choose to be kind *barely restraining myself from violence* i choose to have compassion *tamping down the vicious bloodlust inside me* i choose to care and to be kind and to love

Wow
Stygiomedusa gigantea, commonly known as the giant phantom jelly is a part of the monotypic genus of deep sea jellyfish, Stygiomedusa. This is in the Ulmaridae family. It can't actually sting you as its—30-foot-long—”mouth arms” are just there to trap prey rather than sting them.
This ghostly giant is a rare sight.
MBARI's ROVs have logged thousands of dives, yet we have only seen this spectacular species nine times. The first specimen of the giant phantom jelly was collected in 1899, but it was not until 60 years later that scientists recognized this as a new species.
Had to add this on for perspective.
eve
Juvenile emperor angelfish (Pomacanthus imperator), Guam
Nightmares and Cuddles
With everything that Logan’s been through he has regular night terrors and ptsd dreams, so it’s kind of convenient to have a partner that you don’t have to worry about stabbing in the middle of the night 😬
Also, have some motor boating
(Side note: this was before I knew what sound Wolverines claws made)
I am definitely not built for cold and it's 2°C as of now, suffice to say, it's absolutely hard to function properly let alone Study, but I'm doing all I can. The future me is going to be thankful!
