Genuinely curious about how Oliver Banks feels about waking Jon up.
Like he spends so much of the series trying and failing to help people. He can't save Gertrude. He can't help Jane Prentiss.
He can't even save his dad.
He kills twenty people when he goes to Point Nemo
Then one day, after he's given into the End, given up on rescuing anyone, he dreams of Jon, finds him in a hospital, gives his statement. And Jon wakes up.
For ten years, Oliver's been haunted, cursed with dreams of people dying, unable to prevent it from happening. Until finally he meets Jon and he's able to help him.
And then Jon ends the world.
To Sannikov Land, which does not exist and never has.
Spoilers for the finale:
You know what's worse to think about than the fact that martin had to stab jon? The idea that jon had to hold Martins hand around the blade and help martin stab him because martin couldn't bring himself to do it.
Goodnight!
Key difference between archives and protocol
made some new stickers for you lovely queers <33 (I just really wanted to draw Jon in a big ol ace sweater he needs it ok) + some other doodles of the sillies !
Fiddleford Friday yay!
Some animation on YouTube reminded me that Jmart exists and now I need to cry because god I love those two and god they went through way too much during that podcast. I gotta relisten to it
I think that “there are some fanfiction that are on par with or better than some professionally published books” and “you shouldn’t hold fanfiction to the standards you hold professionally published books as they are often only written by one not professional writer with no editor” are two statements that can and should coexist
You're my reason...🧿☕️📼
