Rant I texted to my friends and feel the need to share:

ArtixGormxRiv is the best rain world ship. Let me explain: You get everything good about Bathbomb, in which the dynamic is two chaotic sillies causing problems on purpose. You get the traits of Seafood, the dynamic is smol and crazy x large and find’s the other’s craziness cute. You get the traits of Barbecue, where the dynamic is traumatized tired and chaotic x calm, caring shoulder to lean on. All in one ship! Many people who like Heartwarm will say the dynamic is the same, but Hunter is almost never characterized as chaotic in the way rivulet is. Rivulet being in the ship makes it lose the ombre effect, but it gains chaotic wholesomeness in the process. In combining the best aspects of their respective ships into a polycule, the vibes triple. In conclusion, Rivulet, Artificer and Gourmand would be in a relationship.

Is there a name for that ship already? If not, @moistrodent has dubbed it hot sauce and I nominate him and myself to be cocaptians of the ship

Day 3: Fullmoon

Little guys! I enjoyed this one, even though I was stumped at first.

Au notes:

They met in the colony when gourmand returned. Nightcat is a nocturnal slugcat that can be chaotic but often sleepy. Gourmand is helpful and understanding, and is always a shoulder to lean on (and fall asleep on). Nightcat will fall asleep on gorm's shoulder, and gourmand will stay still and let him sleep.

Gourmand - Any pronouns, nonbinary, bi, asexual

Nightcat - he/she/it, nonbinary, aro ace spec bi

Gourmand shows his love by carrying Nightcat home when it fell asleep, giving it gifts or cooking for it.

Nightcat shows her love for gourmand by choosing to spend her time with them, and giving them compliments.

They snuggle constantly.

For starters, Luz would barely been much of a main focus, despite being the main character since, ya know, she's female

Camila would be an abusive bitch of a mom

Amity would have no personality beyond being "Luz's girlfriend".

Generally, all female characters like Eda, Willow, and Amity would receive little development and focus and only get very one-note character traits

Belos would be woobified and portrayed as a UwU soft boy that we are supposed to sympathize for

Hunter would be demonized and victim blamed for standing up to his poor uncle

Lilith would be a one-dimensional bitch with no depth or personality and remain a villian

The show would have a bunch of rando plotlines crammed in making it unfocused

All the villains would have their depth and nuance removed except for Belos who would again, be woobified

Hunter tried to help gourmand cook. He's not very good at it, but he needs to feel useful, even when he was recovering from surgery.

Hunter goes out and hunts for her and gourmand, and gourmand makes them food.

Gourmand wants kids but they know hunter doesn't like children so doesn't push it, instead caring for their nieces/nephews

what the fuck is this. Why is his head shape like defined by fluff…that’s so weird. That is not a spider. HIS BOOTS ARE LIKE GLUED TO HIS FEET??? WHY. VIVZIEPOP WHY DID YOU DO THIS TO MY BOY??? Also his gloves look like kitchen gloves (I don’t know if that’s the actual name of them but I’m pretty sure I was close enough). His outfit is also weird…girlie why are your stripes going sideways what happened to you??? Why does he have four arms instead of six (yes I know he has like a retractable pair of arms or some bullshit along those lines but that doesn’t really count). I could go on for ages about how weird his design is and how poorly his character is handled but I’m just going to cut it off here.

It has all the flaws Vivzie’s character designs have but on steroids (too much clutter, so skinny he could just get blown away by the wind, and not looking like the thing their supposed to be based off). Also she didn’t give him a spider tail and that’s a crime against humanity /hj.
