V kinda gives me so much like older sibling syndrome due to one of em is him always putting others first most than himself idk 🤔
Passages from audios that have stuck with me, pt 4.
"Was it really yours? Or was it something that I forced upon you? Did I make your kind adopt a form of civilization that just imitates my own? At this point, I don't even know anymore." (The Fourseen, Series Finale)
"Why did Kinder betray us? Why? [...] I thought Kinder was my friend... I thought I finally had ONE FRIEND! [...] And what about you?! Why can't you listen to me?! [...] I thought you trusted me! I thought I was the leader! [...] Then explain yourself, Mirrin! Explain to me why we're HERE instead of the camp! [...] You don't know?! You don't know... [...] Yeah! Well- doesn't matter now does it!" (Magic of the Heart: Part 19- A Man Is Made)
"You're so perfect... you know that? What? What do you mean you're not? How can someone who fought through lands filled with undead hordes and vampires made from the blood of demigods all not to kill me, but to save me, be considered anything less than perfect? Darling, look at me. I don't deserve you. And yet- here you are. Telling me you're not perfect. How dare you. How could you think so little of yourself?" (Magic of the Heart: Part 21- Strength)
"You can't help everyone, Captain. And if you try to, you won't be able to help yourself." (Space Pirates Part Two: Pirate from Another World)
"You're not gonna let me spiral? Stay here in the moment with ya? What if I did spiral, Cheeks? What if I did fall down the hole? Would- would you pull me up? You'd fall with me if you had to? [...] But seriously, Cheeks. You've done so fucking well this year. Do not let me drag you down, yeah? I'm losing myself more nowadays, I don't wanna hurt any of you lot. I made the sacrifices necessary to kill the Atrocity, but it's all for nothing if I end up hurting the people that I fought to protect." (A New Blade Arc: Chapter 2)

Scythe Audio is literally my comfort channel, like every time I’m upset or in a bad mood I listen to literally anything from him and I feel better. Maybe it’s how immersive they feel or maybe it’s just the screaming but something takes my mind off of whatever’s happening
.
Ok hear me out
AND DONT JUDGE ME
This with V and Cheeky:
Sorry I was late I was I going through my saved tiktok sounds and imagining redacted edits to them in made up scenarios
Cheeky will only lay on the left side of V so she can hear his heartbeat.
If she holds his hand, she makes sure she can feel his pulse point.
It’s not intentional
She just wants to make sure he’s alive.
Every url that reblog’s will be written in a book and shown to my homophobic dad.Â
The misuse of the M4A tag is a huge issue within the ASMR community, but the one that mainly comes to my mind, is scythe audio. Now before I continue, two things: one, this is my opinion; two, this is out of the people that I watch; I'm sure there are hundreds, if not thousands, of people who do it a thousand times worse than he does. I don't want any kind of hate pushed towards him; he's an amazing VA, and despite this, I do enjoy his content. I just wish he didn't misuse the M4A tag. With that done, I will continue. From what I've watched of his content, the worst example of this is in his series: Beyond the Stars. because even though all of the different points of view have been tagged as m4a. (except for one, which is tagged M4f). Despite being tagged as m4a, they clearly aren't. If you look at the designs of the characters that are supposed to represent the listener, they are clearly extremely feminine and meant to look as such, and the writing that is used to describe the listeners as well within the content itself also shows that it's not exactly meant for listeners that aren't female. If it was just stated as such, just straight-up tagged as M4F, I wouldn't care; if he's not comfortable voicing and/or writing for non-female listeners, that's fine. it's his channel; he can post what he wishes. not my gripe at all. I just wish, as I said before, he didn't misuse the m4a tag. because if you look at other VAs with truly M4A content, and you look at his "M4A" content, there is an obvious difference. the only series of his that I have seen that doesn't have this issue. is where the listener is a literal cat—it's kind of hard to gender that. Like I said, I don't want any hate towards him; I do genuinely enjoy his content. I just wish he didn't misuse it, as I said. (sorry if I'm repeating myself, and sorry this is long.)

Im sorry to say this but…I was always doing hourly (if not) daily check ups on Desmond asmrs channel and I don’t mean only his yt.Im talking I checked his yt,his twitter, his Patreon and I even checked tumbler to see if anyone posted any fan fics. But I stopped checking on anything cus I just know I’m gonna get disappointed.I know he has been posting some updates lately but it still takes him so long to upload part 2‘s of his series. For example his big daddy catty series. He stopped the chapter at the most mysterious part and is making us wait for part 2 now and I’m not having it.
This isn’t supposed to be a hate comment on him if he sees this,it’s just me saying what we are all thinking. We love him but he’s starving us for too long and I know I’m not the only one thinking this because his views have gone from 1M a video to 100k

Did you notice! In Ashley's depression playlist, every song relates to his relationship with Lexi in some way and his stages of letting her go. When he's speaking to Denny's, the last song that plays before Risk by Metric is A Pearl by Mitski and the order was very intentional. Listen to them side by side and pay attention to the lyrics! You'll see both Ash and Lexi's mental progression play out between the songs.
The previous two songs that play before that (while Denny's is listening to Ash and Lexi through the door) represent Lexi's point of view. They are Don't Speak by No Doubt and Baby Teeth by Flower Face. You can see her perspective through there, and you're meant to empathize with her. It's the first scene where you see that under all her malice and her seemingly unbreakable confidence she is human and vulnerable and filled with regret. You start to understand why Ash had such a hard time letting her go when you see that there's more to her than the antagonistic and manipulative side of her that you've been exposed to. There are layers of unseen complexity to their relationship.
She really was a bad person, but she also really loved him. I might do a flashback sometime depicting them pre-breakup to examine her more. Her downfall came from getting a taste of the feeling that she possessed and controlled him, and enjoying the feeling of pushing the edges of what he would tolerate a little too much. When she loses Ash, she pretends not to care to uphold her image of control, but in private she grieves. When she greets Ash with a smile at the audition, she feels actual pain when he groans at seeing her, but she hides it to keep appearing confident and in control. She's terrified by the idea of someone taking her place by simply deserving what she wants more than she does. She cries in secret to the exact same songs Ash does and checks her phone waiting for a missed call or message from him that never comes. After their breakup, she grows and changes for the better, but it's too late and she still has to suffer the consequences and regret of loss.
Anyway I love Lexi. Partly because I have a soft spot for humanizing the glittery mean girl stereotype, but also because she's so ripe for character work involving becoming a better person just for the sake of it and not because you have anything to gain. She will be back in Thad's series playing a very different part in the story, but still being her iconic self.
She/they-Still don't fully understand this app-Just here for mostly Scythe Audio related things-Happily taken
