The second she gets back to Indiana she’s no longer a fancy city person.
One of my favorite things about her.
Other favorite thing about her is her boyfriend whom also happens to be my boyfriend.
Yo heads up friends I’m going to be reblogging this work an inappropriate amount as it comes up. Important work in an important place.
Hey everybody, I’m about to get on a plane to head back to Jordan for a bit to keep working on a project about refugees there. This time I’m focusing on Iraqi Christians who fled ISIS last year. I’ll be posting regular portraits, vignettes and updates over at instagram where I’m @michaelfriberg. Follow Along!
These photos are from Jamestown, Colo., on Sunday, Sept. 15, 2013. Much of the town has been destroyed, and there was no access to the town until late Sunday, when crews finalized repairs on the upper portion of the road, for emergency traffic only.
The town has no infrastructure or running water, however some parts of town amazingly enough have electricity. A dozen or so residents stayed as most of the town was evacuated by helicopters.
