Star-Sickness

A curious disease most usually found affecting Metamorphmagi though it is transmissible from them. Star-Sickness results in the constant and unchanging colour change of some part of their bodies to dark and star-speckled in appearance, though texture - by and large - remains the same. It is believed by some Healers to be a form of cellular petrification, and current treatments involve combinations of Mandrake draught and Polyjuice Potion derivatives, though the latter only appears to have any significant effect on Metamorphmagi.

It is not known, at present, what causes this disease, and is largely considered a mutation caused by over-changing of forms in Metamorphmagi, though this theory is unproven. Due to its lack of cause, few chances for study, and minimal cures, Star-Sickness is one of a few number of ailments that Metamorphmagi actually fear in any capacity, as it can, when fully developed, leave them looking like a human starscape, and unable to change their body to suit their whims.

Sooooo.....I finally finished it! Jeez this took longer than expected, sorry for the *checks how long ago was the last fanart* oof ok ya that ones on me 😅. but hey finally felt the right emotion to fit perfectly for Henry to put to paper. The poem is daydream written by Amy vanderwater and it just felt fitting to me for Henry‘s personality. I also changed the style a bit to fit his personality to compare and contrast with the one I made for victor. for another pice of fanart that’s in the back burner for now.
