Like a proud mom, I want to show how my Marie and Jack have grown - from the first sketches to first more serious works and to what they’ve become now. 🤧

The first sketch of Marie appeared back in November 2023. At first, I imagined her simply as a mysterious artist, but later this turned into the story of an unfortunate girl abandoned by her own relatives on a deserted island because they believed she was a witch. On her home island, people have only a shallow understanding of Devil Fruits, which fueled their fear.

She was a princess from the late Middle Ages — since that’s the +/- same time period where her native kingdom exists 🤷‍♀️

At first, Jack was purple. His abilities changed multiple times, but one thing always stayed the same: he was always a wanderer, helping others and existing in a permanent state of calm, almost meditative serenity. Oh, and some features like his hairstyle, glasses, and the four-leaf clover in his hair remained consistent in every version.

And one more thing. I’m much better at drawing Basil’s nose now...😭

I adore Hawkins, without a doubt. But that nose was my struggle

° Found this lighter at home today, and it made me giggle a little...

In my head, there’s now a new headcanon: all of Corazon's lighters look +/- like this.

And Law cringed at them every single time, like: 'Believe in magic? Seriously? What kind? The magic that will help you stay healthy while smoking this much?'
