Wilson manipulates them with his charm AND does most of the dirty work, while House delights in being the main suspect in all Wilson's killings. Because between the two of them, it would obviously be House. The police can never prove anything, because he's great at narrowly avoiding arrest, but if he is arrested, Wilson will break him out. Partners in crime. Yes.
