Inconspicous Sweeney was, quick and quiet and clean he was. Back of his smile, under his word, Sweeney heard music that nobody heard. Sweeney pondered and Sweeney planned; like a perfect machine he was. Sweeney was smooth. Sweeney was subtle. Sweeney would blink and rats would scuttle. SWEENEY TODD (2007) dir. Tim Burton

"When the filmmakers were thinking about Friday: Part 3, they realized they kind of needed a new hook for the film. They needed something different and new to bring the fans in. They couldn't repeat exactly the same formula. So, they realized at the time that 3D had sort of been reborn in theaters. Frank Mancuso, Sr., who was head of production at Paramount at the time, saw that and realized, hey, this would be a great idea. We could merge 3D with one of our big franchises. He looked at the product he had and Friday the 13th seemed to be the perfect fit. It was an audience participation film. It had a lot of objects and instruments being put into the camera all the time." -- Peter Bracke, author of Crystal Lake Memories
"The film was so technical with the 3D. It was a 3D process that no one had ever done before, and that was really where everyone's focus was. And there wasn't a lot of focus on the acting." -- Larry Zerner

I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time… like tears in rain… Time to die.
