2024 Snowbaird AU Fest

The results of the poll were leaning towards June, but in the end, after consideration, we’re officially gonna make two runs of the event!

What does that mean?

You can post your work either in the first run (which will take place from June 16th to June 22nd) but if you miss it, you can also participate in the second run, which will take place in august (exact date to be determined)

During the second run of the smut week, we’ll also be reblogging works from the first run on corresponding days!

The purpose of this is to give an opportunity to people who might miss the first run to still participate in the fun;; it’ll also give us an opportunity to revisit things posted in the first run! 🥰

Posts with the prompt list, rules and further details will be made later, but in the meantime don’t hesitate to send an ask or dm if you have any questions!

Day Three: Arena

Coriolanus had a plan: Finish school. Get a job at the mayor's office. Marry Lucy Gray Baird.

And then both their names got called.

Now he needs a plan where they both survive this.

Day 3: Fire

Not everyone can attend the Covey holidays, especially outsiders, but Snow should thank the stars, that he was chosen by the girl, leading the group! Although, he is not particularly interested in the culture. He wondered under “what pretext Lucy Gray would agree to step away from the crowd a little, so, that he would not have to control himself and pretend, that he was interested in anyone other than Baird?”

Children in most "Eastern+" cultures can't wear red. Even though Lucy Gray’s dæmon had a permanent form for a long time, she in the picture is already 18 years old. Yes, it's AU, and yes, because "I fight demons" and need them to be the same age or at least in the "18yo--20yo" state

Of course I had to take this opportunity to make a fanart of my favourite Peacekeeper AU, Chaos and control!!

If you have not yet;;;; GO READ IT RN as well as the following story The Summer of Chaos (which in my opinion, is even better!) - im not kidding when I say this is one of my ABSOLUTE top Snowbaird stories, (and I’ve read a lot of them)

"It's a shame I can't call you baby lieutenant anymore," she said. Coriolanus furrowed his brow in confusion, not understanding what she meant. "What?" "You've aged a lifetime," Lucy Gray said, and suddenly leaned forward and touched his lips with hers, and it took Coriolanus a second to understand what was happening, but he immediately leaned in, embracing her, pressing her to himself, and when they broke the kiss, he hugged her, and she embraced him back. And he felt the emptiness recede.

I’ve wanted to make this fanart ever since I first read that chapter; that scene of them kissing in the train was just so perfect to me; but at the time I definitely didn’t feel confident enough drawing them to attempt it, so I’m so happy to finally have gotten comfortable enough drawing them to actually make it a reality!!!

(I am aware he’d probably be wearing a different uniform since he’s an officer and all but to that I say SHUT UP LET ME LIVE 🏃‍♀️)
