Kenny is shown as hyper sexual in the show but I don’t think that means he grows up to be a “manwhore” “playboy” or borderline predator, as some fan work shows. Kenny has shown a deep appreciation for the female body, both wanting to look at them and potentially be, but there are so many other qualities and characteristic he has that make him who he is that isn’t just about being hyper sexual. He is selfless, he is loyal, he is a provider, he is mature, he is playful, he is clever, he is easily moved. He’s working class, he is an addict, he’s a victim of neglect and in turn, that means he fears rejection and being pushed away by the people he loves. He has deep seated trauma from being fucking immortal and has a complex because no one believes him. He loves fucking Latin Jazz and he’a canonically got an amazing, operatic voice. He contains multitudes and shouldn’t be reduced to just his sexuality.
