unstable/foggy/nonexistent identity core is constantly shifting between million aesthetics, life choices, styles, etc. and never being satisfied or at home with anything
"I would notice if you switched!"
No. You wouldn't notice a person with DID switch unless you payed very close attention. DID is made to be covert, showing obvious and visible signs of switching can be dangerous for the system. Most alters/parts learn to mask and blend in to make it less obvious. Parts with very different personalities and mannerisms try their best to learn how act as the host for the systems safety.

Reminder: Being a system isn't an identity or a label. It's a fucking mental disorder caused by childhood trauma. You cannot choose to be a system. you cannot transition to being a system. You cannot be a system without trauma.
We are not gatekeeping systemhood. It is quite literally the criteria and psychological process of forming a System. Systems don't require you to have a medical diagnosis, you just have to actually fit the criteria because how else the fuck do you expect yourself to be a system? Go identify with something else. Make up your OWN words. Don't fucking steal ours! And don't steal our tags and invade our safe spaces.
when new alter fronts for the first time;;;
It's just me, the seven other me's, and the eldritch abomination who speaks with multiple voices.
Endos are kind of like some guy showing up at a therapy circle and saying "I don't have trauma but sometimes I flinch at loud noises, and that's kind of like a trauma response, we have so much in common :)"
Your honor hes so silly

I’m watching The Big Bang Theory in its natural setting—playing in the background of a hot spiral room—and I can say within that specific context, it is a very charming show. Like the saltine crackers of media.
