Wait Imagine James Being Disgusted At The Beginning By The Mere Thought Of Sirius And Marlene Being Together

i don’t think sirius was LOUD necessarily. i think most people knew of him and, as always, assumed that was enough to made them feel like they knew him, but since he started proving them all wrong from his first night at hogwarts, people started to really notice him more. he wasn’t loud, it was his presence that commanded attention and rooms grew quieter once he entered them. and he certainly took advantage of it from time to time. my boy james though? he was so loud i’m afraid euphemia was able to hear him all the way from scotland.

James didn't mature for Lily It's too overused and melodramatic the way everyone says he grew up for her. War was raging outside of Hogwarts by the time he was at least 14-15 and became more prominent when he was 16-17. His parents dying was when he was around 17-18-19, and they might've gotten drastically sick and admitted to St. Mungos when James was still in Hogwarts. There was also a war going on, traitors and death eaters everywhere, along with choosing to support Remus financially and Sirius running away. I hate when people go 'he-matured-for-a-girl-who-barley-tolerated-him'. I also hate when people, anyone, says James constantly harassed her, stalked her and asked her out. That. Is. Not. Canon. Dating Lily probably wasn't even one of James' thoughts, so there's no way he would change most of his public personality just for her.

i rlly rlly want to finish “strangers” but why is it when you have the idea in your head the harder it feels to just sit down and type it out.

okay, so due to an unexpected visitor coming my way this evening i won't be able to update anything until sunday afternoon.

so on sunday i will be dropping the two last chapters of "like a bludger to the heart" and adding the final chapter to the spanish version.

hopefully i will be updating "a través de los años" with the two remaining chapters of second year on monday.

as for "strangers" and "marauders", i will start working on it at some point after that. ideas are in my head already, i just need to find the time to sit down and write them down.
