AO3 donators, it’s voting time. And one particular candidate not only doesn’t understand AO3 on a fundamental level (somehow, despite being a tenured user and an unfortunate volunteer) but actively wants to push censorship. They are the exact kind of person we don’t need involved with OTW or AO3 for that matter. The same kind of person we have to actively fight against like, all the time. I frankly don’t know how the hell they even became a volunteer but, anyway. Got vote for people who won’t actively work to destroy it.

Do you have any fanfic recs for undertale?

Oh boy DO I! I´ve really been into Undertale fics for the past months so here are some of my favourites:

- My Big Fat Fish Holiday Party by andreabandrea which I recently drew fanart for, so you probably know about it already. It´s about Papyrus and Undyne being besties and pretending to be straight, hands down the funniest Undertale fic I´ve seen thus far.

- The Scientist by talkingsoup, a Gaster-centric fic about him spiralling into madness in his pursuit of resetting time to before the creation of the barrier. Really good character writing and although not explicitly shippy it has some delightfully messed up sanster vibes

- Bandages , Snowdin's Boys and It's Raining Right Here all by kaliawai512. Tbh all of their fics are great, just go through their profile and read whatever piques your interest, it´s all gonna be guaranteed to rule. I mostly read the ones focussed on Sans and Papyrus ofc.

- No Rain by Digi_Wears_Googles, a story focussing on Sans and Frisk post-pacifist ending, basically about the whole concept of Sans still struggling with leaving the resets behind and believing in a future on the surface. Once again, really good characterization, esp. for side characters like Alphys, Undyne and Asgore, too. Finally gonna take this opportunity to recommend my own fics ofc so here goes nothing:

- How to set a broken soul, a multichapter Mercyplates fic - punishment, a Sans-centric story set after an aborted genocide run - of secrets and promises, my attempt at a Soriel one-shot set after the true pacifist ending
