Here’s a compilation of rock-y doodles for pride month that I completed last week! Merging flag motifs with a variety of rock shapes, shines, and textures was a creative challenge that I enjoyed. 

Personally (and figuratively, if these rocks were tangible and real and sold in a gift shop of sorts) I carry the space-ace rock and have been eyeing both the nonbinary and demigirl rocks. 

Next week, I’ll be posting on Instagram a little less due to some vacation plans. Expect mostly doodles from either my sketchbook or phone.

i’m not angry at being called a plant anymore.

you mean it to be horrible, i know. good for you, i guess. i don’t care.

compare me to the trees, the wind in the branches, and i’m thankful for it. 

the covering of the ground up to the tops of the forest. 

the leaves that swirl around, the roses, the daisies in your front yard.

the connotation of the colour green, a lucky four leaf clover.

seaweed and plankton on reefs in the ocean.

the basis of everything living in the world. the very incarnation of sunlight.

forgive me if i’m not offended;

but i rather like plants.
