ugh ranting This makes me so angry I remember being in a small fandom and my favorite character was a poc guess who had the less fics on ao3? them of course why cant people just acknowledge poc exist and that they don't hinder to steoreotypes then anytime you try bringing this up yt people always act like you're being “too woke” Treating someone who looks different than you isn't “weird” POC aren't sensitive for wanting the same treatment as white people It makes me even madder when looking at the disney remake “Why are you making every character black just make your own characters” It's almost as if these ppl arent actively avoiding media focusing on any poc It's almost as if any media with a poc as a main focus isn't seen as “too woke” nowadays
