It’s more fun to draw what you rather than what you got popular for anyway!

I know I don’t have a very large following, but most of the little one I do mostly like my account because of the Smiling Critters art I dish out. So I know I’d lose a majority of my viewership if I stopped making SC related posts.

However, I’ve been less interested in the Smiling Critters, and Poppy Playtime as a whole recently. Of course, I’m still a huge fan of it! Don’t get me wrong. But it hasn’t been occupying my mind during every second of the day like it used to. Now, I have other interests on my mind often (like FNaF, Koopalings, Sailor Moon)…so I find myself wanting to draw them more, and the SC less.

Now dw, im not saying the critter drawings will cease completely, they will just be less frequent. I still get a hint of inspiration to draw things related to them once I have a genius idea! Just, expect to see less of it, because I’ve stopped thinking of it 24/7.

I adore this community, and I always will. And I don’t want to leave it, because I love all of the creators and the characters we adore together! I just need to start listening to my own mind, who doesn’t want to draw exclusively things I don’t really find as much interest in anymore, because that can cause really bad art block. A little change here and there is healthy!

And as for my Critter Blog, @ask-the-marketable-critters, updates will be less frequent too. Not that they were frequent to begin with, lol. But I won’t prioritize it. I’ll of course still finish it, cause I really do love how the story plays out, and I don’t want the hours I spent writing lore to go to waste.

I like Rudie, but you got a good point about him

explaining why twisted rudie sucks from a game design and challenge standpoint

quite simply: he is just a clone of the PBC (poppy boxten cosmo) trio, but with a useless brightney light that makes him even easier to avoid.

like the lamp having it? yeah, makes sense to me! she makes blackouts more likely, so therefore, she should be more obvious due to being in the dark more often.

rudie does not do that, he's just one of the PBC trio but with a different coat of paint, and a light that makes him able to be seen from a fucking mile away. that's it. that's all bro does! the other 3 krimmus twisteds all do something that makes them harder (ginger being VERY hard to lose, coal becoming sonic the bastard hedgehog in blackouts, and i haven't encountered bobette yet so if i catch y'all spoiling her whole deal i'm gonna find you), but rudie is just a pbc member with a light only makes him even HARDER to die to. i get it's a reference to rudolph n all, but did he seriously have to be a reskin of the PBC? you really couldn't have made him at least a little faster? not as fast as the toddler of course, dear GOD no, but at least slightly faster than the non-shrimpo commons (PBC, including tisha and looey)?

so yeah. i hate this guy. he is the EASIEST twisted in the game because of how visible he is and the fact he's just boxten/poppy/cosmo with a new coat of paint, barring rodge and rnd because those 2 (or 3 if we count razz and dazz as seperate) don't move at all
