Okay I gotta say it. What kind of fucking name is Tintin? What the fuck?? He doesn’t even have a last name??? It’s just Tintin??? Is his first name Tin and his last name Tin?? Did his parents hate him?? Or did they drop a pan down the stairs and name their kid whatever sound it makes?? How does anyone take someone with the name Tintin seriously?? I bet he got bullied on the playground. He’s named Tintin and he’s a ginger. His parents didn’t even give him a CHANCE, did they?? And they’re probably dead too. They’re never in the stories. They really did him dirty by naming him Tintin and then leaving him with their mess. Is his middle name Tintin? Is his last name Tintin too? Tintin Tintin Tintin? Ridiculous. I am DONE. Fuck off.

Hey guys. I’m glad to be finally posting my “mental breakdown survival guide”. As you know I struggle a lot with mental health, and so I have been through a lot of breakdowns. So many that I actually dropped out of university after 3 weeks in 2016 and had to take the whole year off. Because of this, I’ve made it my mission to help others with mental health issues as much as I can, so you don’t have to go through what I’ve been through.

Anyway, here is my guide. I tried to keep it general, and actually useful. If you have any questions or additions please feel free to add them.
