Almond crescent moon cookies recipe

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted Butter - Softened

¼ cup Sugar

2 cup Flour

1 cup Ground Almonds

1 tsp Vanilla

Confectioners Sugar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Mix all ingredients

Chill for 4 hours

Cut out in crescent shape

Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake for 35 minutes

While hot, roll in confectioners sugar
