Decided To Redesign An Old Character. I Took A Lot Of Inspiration From The Armor Sets In Bloodborne.

I made the staff from the Disney movie Onward for my nephew last Halloween. More progress pics below the cut.

Main staff was a hanger wire wrapped in tubing and duck tape, the branching parts included. The gem was a muffin box that got painted and hot glued together and shoved some battery powered fairy lights inside. I am happy to report that it survived trick or treating.

Recently I had the opportunity to participate in an amazing collab with some other awesome artists for Magical Mirai 2019. Here is my piece of Megurine Luka. This was lots of fun, I can’t wait to see how the full thing will turn out, and I will be sure to post that as well.

Digging through some old folders and found my first proper art piece done digitally. I made this back in jr high for an English project when we were reading 1984, I hated that book

Needed a basic chibi for making my commission sheets, so I whipped up this little cutie really quick. Almost all of the shading is done with an airbrush setting, and I’m happy with it.

Some friends and I recently participated in my cities chalk art festival, and had lots of fun! The rain didn’t want to cooperate, but we finished! It was immensely frustrating to arrive every morning rested and ready to work, only to find all of our progress from the day before washed away. With a lot of persistence we finished, just in time for another rain storm.
