Ermmm U Should Totally Draw Annick

This is the test I used to definitively diagnose my HOCM (Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy).  The Amylnitrate quickly lowers BP and increases heart rate.  You can hear the loud murmur that comes from the obstruction. There are also quite a few other funky sounds.  Fortunately with Beta Blockers I have very few symptoms.
