Jin was attending Konkuk University, majoring in Film and Acting when he was scouted by a casting director due to his looks.

He officially signed on with BigHit in 2011

Jin joined BigHit with the intention of becoming an actor but BigHit convinced him to take singing & dancing lessons to join BTS  

Before joining BigHit, Jin was supposedly going to work at his father’s company

During their first ever MCOUNTDOWN performance, Jin has a wardrobe malfunction where his pants fell & he cried after the performance (please he did so well I’m so proud, did I go back and rewatch all their performance? Yes I did & my heart swells with so much pride no matter how many times I rewatch the performance.)

He has an older brother

Recently he opened a restaurant with his brother

Previously, SM Entertainment attempted to scout him as well but he assumed it was a joke so he ignored it.

Despite being a trainee & even after debuting, Jin attended university and graduated in 2017

He’s currently enrolled in Hanyang Cyber University, pursuing his Masters

Pink was his favorite color but recently he said his favorite color is blue (mine too!)

While they were at Saipan, BTS ordered 10 lobsters & on top of that, Jin ordered 10 more lobsters and went to each of the staff’s table to share the lobsters with them

According to BTS, Jin has the best body among them (did y’all see the fansite picture of him during one of the concerts where his abs were revealed by accident? You can bet your ass I have a hard copy of it in my pc/lomo card collection.

“Can I colour in your tattoos?”

Your request is nothing new given the amount of times he fails to say no to you. Jungkook looks at you completely unfazed. Putting his Apple pen down, he crosses his arms the moment you push your textbook away to reach out to him. 

“Please?” you beg, wide-eyed and hopeful. He shakes his head at you and you immediately pout at his sternness.

You sulk.

“Okay, how about this? I promise I won’t ask for a study break for at least another hour if you let me.. I’ll even proofread your paper even though you know I have an attention span of goldfish.”

His heart clenches at the sound of your determination. Your proposal may be dismissed by others; but not to him. See, he believes you’re inherently blessed with editing skills. Every once in a while, you’d edit his papers and he’d receive full marks—he’d be a dummy to pass this limited service up.

Yet, it’s not about what he gains from you; it’s about how he can make you happy.

You take Jungkook’s eye roll and defeated sigh as a win, instantly opening the marker cap and waving it in front of him. As Jungkook rolls up his sleeves, you squeal in excitement. He lays his arm on the table for you and you groan at the position.

“Wait,” you pause, getting up from your seat and standing by his side. Jungkook leans his head back, looking up at you confused.

“Can I sit on your lap?” your request makes his heart race. 

He is utterly dumbfounded.

"Jungkook," you whine.

"Y/n."

Your chest heavily rises up and down, partly because you've been quarreling with Jungkook for a good ten minutes and partly because the whiff you get from Jungkook's laundry detergent - because he's hovering over you - makes you dizzy in the head.

"Please?" you try again, looking at him with innocent eyes.

"Give me the remote."

"No."

"Y/n." The demanding cadency of his voice sends little shivers down your spine. You slide further down the couch till you're fully laying on your back. Both arms still behind your back to hide the remote from him.

"I don't wanna watch an action movie," you sulk.

"And I don't wanna watch a sappy k-drama."

"We won't be watching a sappy k-drama."

He rolls his eyes, followed by a groan right after. "All k-dramas are sappy."

"They're not!"

"Baby, please," he says. Jungkook nuzzles his head between your shoulder and neck. His arms are caging your head between them.

"But it's my birthday." You let both your arms come out from behind your back, the remote still uncomfortably laying between your spine and the couch. Your fingers naturally comb through his fluffy dark hair.

"Technically, it was yesterday." His mumbling against your neck has you biting your lip for a moment. His hands find your waist and you feel his fingers slowly trying to reach under your back.

You bend your leg and kick him on his tummy with your knee. "Don't you fucking dare," you snap, hands wrapped around his wrists to stop him.

Raising his head from your neck he looks down at you with a glower.

"Don't look at me like that," you huff. "I wanna watch Vincenzo. And it won't be sappy at all! It's about mafia and...well, I don't know much about it except that Song Joong-ki plays the lead role. You'll probably end up liking it too." You can't stop yourself from reaching for Jungkook's mouth and thumbing his bottom lip. You play with his lip piercing for a couple of seconds, staring at with fascination like you've never seen it before.

Jungkook sighs. "Fine."

You smile at your win. Jungkook pushes himself off the couch. Just when you're sitting up too and type the name of the drama into the TV, Nabi suddenly starts wailing in the nursery room.

Jungkook gets up without a word. Before he enters her nursery you hear him say, "Did my little butterfly wake up, hm?"

He walks out with Nabi hugging his side a few seconds later. "It's dinner time for miss Nabi now," Jungkook announces a he walks past you with Nabi, who has crocodile tears running down her chubby cheeks and little sniffles escaping her lips.

You grow soft for a second before you jump up and follow them to the kitchen.

"I'm hungry too," you say.

With still a pout visible on her lips, Nabi stretches her arms out for you.

A smile appears on your face and you take her in your arms. Now that Jungkook has his hands free, he opens a cabinet and pulls out a glass jar of baby food.

"But we just had burgers?" Jungkook replies confused.

It has probably been only two hours since you've had burgers at that new place that Jungkook was so excited to try out.

"I know. I'm just craving some chocolate right now." You open up the drawer where he stores all of his snacks inside.

"I dunno if I have any left," Jungkook mumbles, too occupied with preparing Nabi's food.

"Oh, what's that?" you ask as something that has chocolate on the package peaks your interest. But as you bring it closer to study it you realise that it's mint chocolate. You scrunch up your nose. "Ew." You put it back into the drawer. "Can you believe that your dada eats something like that, Nabi? He's so weird, isn't he?"

"People who dislike mint chocolate are the weird ones."

"Jungkook, you need to go grocery shopping. Your snacks are very disappointing. There's no chocolate." You close the drawer with a huff.

"I had planned to go grocery shopping tomorrow," he tells you. "Why are you so keen to eat chocolate now anyway?"

"Got my period today," you mutter as you walk past him to get to the refrigerator.

"What?" Jungkook turns to you, eyes big. "Are you okay?"

You nod, opening the refrigerator door to scan the food inside.

"Really? I can get you some pain killers? A heat pad? Want me to go the the convenience store real quick and get you some chocolate?"

His caringness coaxes a smile on your lips. "No need to. I'm actually doing fine this time around." No cramps, no aching back, no sensitive boobs. The only symptom you're suffering from is your craving for chocolate.

"No cramps?" he inquires.

"Uh-huh."

There's still concern lingering in Jungkook's eyes when you take a quick look at him. "I can make some popcorn if you'd like."

"Sounds good."

Nabi plays with your hair while you continue to examine the contents of the refrigerator.

You gasp when your eyes land on a piece of cake. "The cake!" you exclaim, your greedy hand immediately reaching for it.

"Right. I totally forgot about it."

The waitress mistook Jungkook and you for a couple and gave the both of you a piece of a chocolate cake to share. You both were too full to even have a bite, so Jungkook asked to get it boxed up. This wasn't the first time someone had misjudged Jungkook and you for a couple, but it was still awkward.

You sit down the kitchen table with your cake and a fork.

It doesn't need much longer till Nabi's food is ready. You feed her while eating too and Jungkook is busy making popcorn.

"You know, your life would be much easier with a microwave," you observe as you watch Jungkook standing in front of the closed pot with the popcorn inside.

"Microwaves are harmful."

"But imagine how fast it could heat up your food?"

"I'm not getting one."

"You could save so much time not having to put Nabi's food in a water bath every time."

"I can wait 5 minutes."

"But can Nabi?"

"Nabi isn't a glutton. She can wait."

"Wouldn't agree with that," you say as you watch Nabi dip her fingers into the glass jar.

Jungkook turns around. You can see the exact moment when crease between his eyebrows vanishes and a faint smile tugs on his lips as he takes in the sight of Nabi messily trying to eat more of her food.

He walks toward her, probably wanting to help to clean her up, but then he hears it pop on the stove and immediately spins around.

"Please don't burn the kitchen down." You take a few tissues from the table and wipe Nabi's tiny fingers clean with it.

"I've got this!" A few seconds pass before Jungkook says, "Can I ask you something?"

"Yeah." You give Nabi a spoonful of food before you let yourself eat some of the cake.

"What's going on between Jimin and you?" He looks over his shoulder, a solemn expression on his face.

"We're friends," you shrug. You knew he was going to mention Jimin at one point. You weren't exactly sure when though.

"Friends?"

"Yes, friends. Why?"

Now he's the one that shrugs. "Just asking. Didn't look like friends to me yesterday, that's all."

Well, that's because he didn't know what had happened before, but you don't feel like explaining either. You also don't feel like telling him that you made out with Jimin again yesterday night. Maybe some other time.

"He is nice though. I don't get why you don't like him."

"I do like him. When have I ever said that I don't?"

"I can tell when you don't like someone."

"I don't have anything against him," he presses.

"Okay, if you say so." You don't want to argue with him so you change the topic. "Hey, do you still have the party hat that you put on Nabi yesterday?" you ask.

"Yeah, why?"

"Wanna take a picture with Nabi wearing it and send it to my mum."

"Sure, I'll give it to you later."

Once the popcorn is done you three are back in the living room, watching the k-drama that you had picked out for the night. Nabi is laying on Jungkook's chest with her back and a pacifier in her mouth. You've got your leg thrown over his lap, hugging his arm and resting your head on his shoulder. You love to cuddle with them, it feels safe and comforting.

"You sure you're okay?" Jungkook's hands moves to your tummy, patting it gently.

"I'm fine, don't worry."

"Good," he says, but doesn't stop to softly rub his hand at the place just beneath your tummy.

Jungkook only leans back satisfied after he gives Nabi and you a kiss on the temple.

You smile, snuggling closer to him.

This, you think. This is what love feels like.
