I often have a problem with this for the minor actors, and then cannot identify WHERE I saw them before, and can't concentrate before I can see who they are and where I know them from.

my filmbro toxic trait is recognizing the actors in everything i watch and needing to look it up and confirm it before i can go back to watching the thing

Oh gencest is the absolute best.

I hear a lot of people talking about how they went from discovering gencest to then diving into wincest, but am I the only one who ventured into wincest territory and discovered gencest? I absolutely love gencest. The idea that there are stories where there is no sexual or romantic relationship between Dean and Sam, but where the story focuses on their intense emotional bond is just uhhhhhggg so phenomenal. Platonic soulmates. Cuddles and hugs. Forehead kisses. Protective stances, guarded faces. People on the outside thinking 'damn those Winchester brothers are sewed together at the hip.' Sleeping in the same bed. "There ain't no me if there ain't no you." Parking the Impala and staring up at the stars, side by side. No words need to be said.

Yeah perspective is so difficult. It looks like the other actor is really short, rather than Jared being giant. I guess because we see Jared so much we get used to his height being just "tall" rather than "skyscraper". Some of it is camera angles as well, I guess.
