“If I become famous, I’m dropping out!”
Just because MADD isn’t in the DSM-5 doesn’t mean it doesn’t matter or cannot harm you.
It also doesn’t mean no one cares about what you’re going through.
It just means Psychology hasn’t been updated in over 5 years. Oh, and that they haven’t researched it enough yet.
You’re still in need of help and you still deserve help, even if it’s not official.

Ok like I’m here for the whole “if it doesn’t make you happy, don’t do it” movement but like, be smart, yeah? Don’t just quit your job out of the blue, even if it is soul sucking, get another job first. Don’t just kick your roommate out because you aren’t getting along, talk to them first. And don’t say absolutely everything that pops into your mind, because discretion will save your ass on occasion. I’m not saying you can’t live authentically, but be smart.
people are so fucked up when it comes to addiction, even with things that are normalized or legal.
when my mom got cancer, which eventually spread to her lungs, then her brain, and killed her, the first thing people would ask is "oh, was she a smoker?" as if smoking cigarettes would have justified her death, made it more palatable, would absolve them of feeling sympathy and absolve me of feeling grief. it was an implication of "it is less sad because it was her fault."
my mother quit smoking thirty years prior to getting cancer. but that isn't the point. i don't care if people smoke 5 packs a day. no one deserves their death to be trivialized just because they were an addict and no one deserves to feel like their loved one's death was less important because they were an addict.

찬이의 “방” 🐺 100 Episode Special
100… Wow…
To say you’ve done 100 episodes of Chan’s Room truly shocks me. It doesn’t feel like it’s been that long, since that first day you showed up on VLive and spoke to us so sweetly and warmly. 100 episodes later, and you’re still doing just that. Week after week, being there for us no matter what… Being kind, warm, funny, friendly, offering advice. I have nothing in my heart but gratitude towards you Bang Chan. Thank you for being the most amazing human ever.
I can’t wait to see you next week!
All month long, we’ll be highlighting some of our favorite women K-pop fan artists on Tumblr. Check back every Monday in March for an introduction to these talented ladies.
Hi! My name is Virginia, but you can call me Vir or Pear! I am a Graphic Design student from Indonesia and aspire to be an illustrator. Currently, I am trying to finish college and am still in my thesis period. I mostly draw K-Pop girl group fan art, especially LOONA. Other than K-Pop, I also like to draw food. I am pretty new to this platform and looking forward to my art journey here! Nice to meet ya!
Thanks for sharing your art with us, Vir! For more of her incredible work, check out and follow @pearmadoo on all of her social accounts!
