(Do kids still say ‘greetings’? I haven’t been in this dimension in a REALLY long time 😉)

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re here from my fanfic on ao3, A Human Condition.

Just wanted to offer you all a quick update on how the story is progressing:

1. At this point, I have the whole thing plotted out from start to finish with a little flexibility in the middle for some fun hijinks. This means the story WILL BE FINISHED at some point.

2. This fic is probably going to be pretty long simply because we’re reaching the end of the first small arc right now and I have about four more planned so probably around 300,000 words though that could go up or down depending on how everything shakes out.

3. I try to update this fic every week, sometimes there may be early updates, which I’ll post on here, or perhaps a few late updates if the writer’s block is writer’s blocking. Either way, I’ll make sure to let you guys know.

4. For now, I’m updating on Sundays. If that changes in the future, I’ll make a post about it.

From Sapphosscribe’s ‘A Human Condition’ chapter 27

I just love the way that @sapphosscribe writes words. Reading a story and feeling a story are two completely different things, and I absolutely love that I can feel every word that she writes. When reading through this scene I could feel Bill’s anger radiating through the screen. I felt as though I didn’t master his expression enough in this drawing, and it needed something more to truly encompass Sapphosscribe’s words. And so as I was thinking of that I decided to actually put her words around the side. Fixed it.

This is only one drawing of this chapter with many more to come. There were too many amazing scenes to pick just one. As always, @sapphosscribe, you are a god. This chapter held the verses that I will sing to the moon and back. Love it. Amazing.

Not a question, but when i first tried following you on tumblr, I followed this account and it solely posted about star trek and i was really confuse 😭 but like it had your name and stated being an ao3 author so i thought nothing of it until i decided to check again 💀 that acc was in fact not the right one

That legitimately made me laugh out loud 😂😂 While I do enjoy Star Trek, yeah that was not me. I’m going to have to investigate this now. In the words of Mabel “you’ve got me all curious-y”

I’m off channeling spirits and battling possessed Jack O Lanterns, but the next update will come much sooner than Sunday so stay tuned!
