I legit do not understand the premise or appeal of just calling your partner or friend stupid, dumb, or anything of the like and genuinely mean it. Like I do understand that there are times when someone or you are joking calling someone that because of a small mistake but in regards to Percabeth it seems more genuine. And lots of people are praising it within the PJO fandom, I just saw a video of Annabeth and Penelope "relating" to each other about having "idiot partners and having to clean up after them". Like excuse me??? Percy Jackson and Odysseus are far far from idiots, it's also the fact that Percabeth and Ody/Penelope are even being compared to the same level. You cannot compare these two relationships at all because honestly in my opinion they are not on the same level at all.
