Effective (Topic-)Umbrella Affirmations

hi lovelies!

Here is how i create effective umbrella affirmations for specific aspects of my life :)

remember that just because i do it this way doesn’t mean it is the only way or that you have to use umbrella affirmations at all

i do this as opposed to listing every affirmation about how i want that part of my life to be because it is just easier. The process is less about the final umbrella affirmation and more about feeling comfortable and certain that you know what the umbrella affirmation will bring you!

Of course you don’t have to do this, i personally struggle with using umbrella affirmations without this process because i enjoy being very specific about my desires hehe.

this is gonna be a very short post, because it is a simple process.

1. Decide on the topic

e.g. Uni life

2. Ask myself what that aspect of my life would ideally be like

I make little lists of all the aspects:

e.g.

Grades: effortlessly get the highest grades in my cohort, only get 9’s and 10’s, easy assignments, retain lecture information long term, All the material is easy for me to understand

Social: lectures with my best friends, good group work partners, fun and effective study seshes, well liked by my mentors, always invited to house parties and nights out,

etc

3. Umbrella Affirmations time!

now you can pick a simple short affirmation, like for this example “i love my perfect uni life”, because you have made clear for yourself what that perfect life looks like for you! You can use I am or I have statements, i personally like to use ‘i love’ because of the way it makes me feel. Find something that feels comfortable or fun for you to say, you can also have an askfirmation as your umbrella affirmation if you like!

This process for me helps me prevent extra resistance towards my affirmations and avoids tiring me out from needing to name endless affirmations about how my life looks. To me umbrella affirmations start me questioning on what my perfect life is, etc, so once i am sure on exactly what it is then i feel more comfortable and trusting when affirming for it,

I do, however, use a multitude of affirmations when i am rampaging! but for the rest i find it easy to both mindlessly and consciously affirm with a short umbrella affirmation.

✨✨✨ I love being the goddess of my own reality. It's amazing how I always get what I want because the entire universe serves me and conspires in my favor at all times, how could it not, When I'm literally the queen of the universe. I walk this earth enchanted, radiating charm and grace and bringing blessings with me everywhere I go. My aura is glowing, sparkling with bright divine light.. I hear them whisper between eachother how beautiful I am, I hear them talk about all my amazing qualities, how mesmerizing and alluring my beauty is, how magical and mystical I am, how I'm literally the most breathtakingly beautiful girl they've ever laid eyes on.

That's what I see when I look in the mirror, the prettiest, most powerful goddess to exist. I feel proud, confident, because I am who I am. I'm literally perfect, too good to be true.. Except everything about me is true, it's authentic and real, that's why I'm such a rare gem to find.

I'm so in love with myself and everyone is in love with me, not only that but they'd kiss the ground I walk on, they follow me, admire me, see my as a role model, put me on a pedestal, they wish to be like me, they wish to be with me, they want to give me the world, they'd do anything for me. I radiate divine love everywhere I go, my love is so deep and powerful that it naturally impacts everyone who comes in contact with me.. It's like they instantly fall for my charms, they fall deeply in love with me before they even know it. My eyes alone are captivating enough to make anyone hooked on me, and my energy is unforgettable, irreplaceable, so rare and so beautiful. That's only expected when I AM the goddess of love and beauty, aphrodite doesn't even compare to me. ✨✨✨

Racism/colorism/misogyny/texturism/evil capitalism/negativity/war/slavery/abuse in power/terrible government n school systems/segregation/poverty/workd hunger/mass genocides/shootings/killings/generational trauma etc never existing/erased (my black and POC sisters and brothers in this LOA community baby it's time to stand up but generally just everyone we are all entitled to live in peace as human beings)

Appearance - Long eyelashes, sharp eyebrows, button nose, smoothe, glass skin and having the same skin tone all over my body, Straight white teeth and fangs because i think they look nice, hourglass body, toned legs, nice hands, long nails (naturally shiny), longer hair, sharp jawline, slimmer face, bambi eyes, Eye colour to change to pro grey within 2 months ( i wanted poeple to notice the change lol), no dandruff, Getting prettier every day, having beatiful eyes and a nice smile, aging slowly, dimples

Useful stuff/ skills - My 4c hair is easy to look after, period to come on time and to be light, to have no fears, iq score to be 177, to be good at every subject i do, to be one of the smartest poeple of my entire school, strength, good at sports, good at fighting (you never know when you will need that skill🤷🏿‍♀️), being a fast runner, can cook all the food i want and good at cooking in general, having a clear and good eyesight, Getting good grades is natural for me, i only get grade 8s and 9s, tapping into the void as soon as i fall asleep or whenever i affirm for it 5 times, being more productive and energetic, waking up early is easy, knowing how to drive, being well spoken, having outstanding voclabulary, not being shy, being able to start conversations with poeple, fast refelxes,

House - Revising my house to be a mansion with a big garden, having a porch- 16 foot trampoline and other stuff, a coquette bedroom with a window seat and my own bathroom, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Languages - French, arabic, spanish( for my gcses :p) and my countries language
