I sometimes hate the Marauder fandom, how dare you make me love Peter, like he's just a lill guy, doing his thing
and then i remember the asshole he becomes
jason todd who progressively lies more and more as to explain how he came back to life
Tim: How the fuck did you win Uno 19 times in a row
Dick: Yeah you used to suck at this
Jason: Yeah actually that entire excuse that Superboy Prime punched the universe was a lie. I actually just called Death a bitch and challenged it to a game of Uno that lasted six months and won
Tim:
Dick:
Jason: :)
---
Damien: Mother should have never allowed you to heal in the Lazarus Pits.
Jason: Actually I healed because when I was dead I was a ghost and like. Haunting Gotham as one does and then realised my dumbass body somehow left the grave so I had to find it and imagine how pissed I was when I found it in the Chernobyl pool
Damien:
Jason: Ghosts can't really hitch rides okay, I had to fucking walk
---
JL: He came back... Wrong
Jason: Actually B lied that I died. I left to a boarding school and found my true passion, unicycling, and decided to unicycle over Eurasia and B was so embarrassed that he just started telling people I died
---
Roy: So... How was death?
Jason: I fist fought St. Peter and fucking won he had to send me back
---
Bruce, present for all of these: How did you actually come back to life, do you know? Have any theories?
Jason: The worms refused to eat me because I was so skinny and Mother Nature herself called me a disgrace and kicked me out
when you're about to start (and probably finish) a 200,000 word fic, and you should've been asleep four hours ago
as a person with Dutch as their native language,
I cannot read Vader in the English way, I always read it in the Dutch way (in Dutch, vader means father), and in some Anakin redemption fics it can be soooo annoying! especially if it's a fic where Luke almost wants to call Vader his father, it feels like he already does!
I need to talk about redhead Jason
because the dyeing of Jason's hair makes his insecurities even stronger (and I love me some good ol' angst) and honestly prison Jason (the one where he is reading Pride and Prejudice) is the hottest man alive and I would beat up the Joker for him without any care about my safety
the gingerteam (the outlaws) would be an even better sight (Jason loves his Gingers almost more than Dick.... even Artemis had red hair)
(edit) just realized that I didn't add a picture of our dashing and handsome book nerd
How do you explain to someone that your favorite character is not only from a kids' show, but also from a specific alternate universe
(it's Alcor the dreambender btw, I love the lill guy so much, he's my background at the moment, and my father asked who he is and I couldn't explain)
Jason: *walks into living room and pauses, looking at tim* uh Tim: *frowns as he looks up from a book* what? Jason: um. Tim: dude. Spit it out. Jason: *still staring* you like that book? Tim: yeah I’m really loving it! It’s a new bestseller, Steph recommended it. It’s a fun fantasy. ‘S got dragons and the romance is nice and Jane Austen-esque. You should read it, it’s right up your alley. Jason: uh. Okay. I’ll, uh, look into it. And, uh, what about the author? Know anything about them? Tim: *frowns* aside from the fact that there’s like, no information about them, no Jason: *chuckles nervously* ah, yeah. Haha.
Jason, later to his editor: hey can we change my pseudonym? I wanna use “Todd Peter” and see how long it takes for my brother to yell at me editor: Jason that’s not how pseudonyms work
