No, no I am not ashamed.

I am not ashamed of this beautiful nation. I am not ashamed of this land I call home. I am not ashamed of this country who has overcome so much. I am not ashamed of the blood shed for our democracy, our stunning greenlands packed with nature, our oceans of mass life, our black, white, indian, coloured and other racial groups, our rich in harvest lands. Our rainbow nation, our past wounds, our diverse wildlife, our wide range of culture. I am NOT ASHAMED OF SOUTH AFRICA, MY COUNTRY.

I am DISAPPOINTED in the PEOPLE who decide to cause violence and anarchy. Our politics, the people who have failed us.

But if you think for one second that it represents our country as a whole?

You're damn wrong.

It's been more than a month and I'm still not over how beautiful the kdrama Goblin is. I really loved the soundtrack and the way the story is pieced together. In a way, everyone you rooted for got a happy ending.

It's one of my favorites now.
