AMBER ALERT: Police have issued an Amber Alert for Bryeon Hunter, a 1-year-old boy taken from 6th and Main in Maywood.

The child was apparently taken by three male Hispanics.

The African-American boy is two feet tall and 30 pounds. He was wearing a two-tone, blue stripe long-sleeved shirt, jeans, and brown Nike boots.

‘He was my everything’: Boy who drowned in Brookings pond remembered for smile, generosity

The body of Molu Zarpeleh, 10, who was reported missing last Thursday night, was recovered from a privately-owned retention pond along 12th Street South around 8:40 a.m. Friday after authorities searched the pond, according to a new release from the City of Brookings.

A tip that Zarpeleh had been pushed into the pond that circulated on social media has been redacted by the tipster, said Chelsea Bakken, public information officer for the City of Brookings. Investigators also reported that tips they received Friday related to circumstances surrounding the incident were not true but won’t state why. Police are ignoring it and ruling it an “accidental drowning but his mother says differently. 

“A 10-year-old boy would not just take his sandals off and walk into the water,” she said. “He didn’t know how to swim.”

Brookings police and the Brookings Fire Department searched for Zarpeleh until about 2:30 a.m. Friday before the search was stopped due to safety concerns, poor lighting and murky water, the release states. Searchers used pumps from Brookings Municipal Utilities and Brookings County to remove about 300,000 gallons of water from the pond during the resumed search Friday morning

“Molu died, but I can’t say ‘was’ yet,” Mole said. “He’s my first child. He’s my only son. I don’t want to use the word ‘was.’ I can’t imagine him not living.”

Breaking NEWS! NY cop allegedly savaged innocent Black youth

Surveillance video has been recently released and clearly showed that a cop assaulted  innocent Black man for his appearance. The victim, 23-year-old Anthony Brown, was brutalized by Sgt. James Nowak from NYPD.

Brownsville, NYC never had a reputation of the low crime rate area, but it’s not an excuse to beat Brown  so severely right on the Blake Ave at 10:34 p.m. for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Police brutality at its finest. 

Another proof that the police don’t give a damn about Black people, secretly attacking them at night JUST FOR FUN. Luckily, the cop was caught on camera and NOW it’s OUR DUTY to make him receive the punishment he deserves.

Rest in Peace Alim Rahim

An old childhood friend of mine was brutally murdered this past Mother’s Day in Largo, Maryland. There have been reports that Alim was shot 10 times and twice in the head. Alim and I hadn’t talked much as adults but I was sincerely rooting for him and wishing him the best. We lived completely different lives and we were so different but that time I saw him in Burger King a couple years after high school graduation and we were talking about his music and his goals. He still reminded me of the kid I knew back in elementary school. I always knew Alim had a strong heart and a sharp mind, even back in our High Bridge Elementary School days. I’m probably rambling, I’m sorry. I will hold on to the memories of us riding bikes all day during the summer and playing video games at your house up the street. I’m so sorry a coward has stolen your life from you Alim, please rest in peace and watch over your friends and family.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been on tumblr, but I have a situation that I want to share for the sake of spreading the word about what happened in my hometown almost 2 months ago. This site is very good about spreading information, so I hope this works in favor of him, his family, and friends.

On February 11th (a Thursday I believe), a 12 year old boy and his friend (middle-schoolers) were involved in a hit-and-run accident (texting and driving). They were walking to school and Devon, who left early that morning to take a pair of shoes to a kid who was being bullied at school, took the most of the hit and died early the next weak due to severe head trauma (no other injuries, just his head). His friend was only bruised, but witnessed the entire thing and also able to identify the driver, who is a student that I attend high school with.

While he was dying in a hospital bed, she was at a basketball game snapchatting with her friends. She told everyone with certainty that she’s not going jail. She told one of Devon’s classmates that she had a staring problem (I’m guessing she was staring because she was trying to figure out why she’s not in jail??). She has stated that she has refused to put her life on hold because of what happened.

Let’s not forget that while Devon was bleeding out on the ground after she hit him, she went to McDonald’s and bought breakfast for her and her boyfriend and came to school.

Like. Nothing. Happened.

Now, take a deep breath.

It is March 25th and there have been no charges. Her license has either not been revoked or she is still driving illegally (I saw her driving this week). She was not arrested immediately but told by our chief police to “get out of town”, so her and her mother left for the weekend. Chief police helped have her car repaired. Her and her father have been sending out threats because they can’t take the heat that they have been receiving and also some other shitty statements have been made by her (I was one of the ones threatened and I also have other screenshots of posts that she has made on social media).

This description is very vague and not very well put together, but I WILL post links to his Facebook page “Justice4Devon” (search it if you’d like) so you guys can get more information and also ways that you guys can help and support. We’ve harassed our local news channels and were able to get his story on the news, but we still need more. Our protest has already reached all the way to Indiana, Florida, and all over Alabama (where the accident happened).
