Sorry, Steve and Owen said they were gay so you're not allowed to see them as friends (/J)
happy pride month to these two and these two only
I think we're due for a comic where Cass just solos the entire family like I know that powerscaling isn't actually important in comics and that telling a good story is key but consider: dudebros are annoying and stupid and they're getting too misogynistic about her so I need someone to write one story where she just effortlessly slams the family including Bruce and then we can get back to telling the emotionally compelling and heartwrenching stories.
Sometimes a family is a violin teacher who is also an unwilling agent of Hell, her housekeeper, her student (a trans runaway sex worker), her girlfriend (an alien donut lady), and the donut lady's family (gourmand aunt, emotional/intellectual twins, average teenage boy, and hologram daughter).
tried thinking about the batfam timeline and how all of their ages work in relation to one another while falling asleep.
i am now wide awake. confused and enraged.
i could but i figured why not just not do that
should i read the cruel prince?

house of leaves is the perfect book for people who love wikipedia but wish it could be scarier
the fact that we as a society have the muppets and they are not everywhere in our cultural consciousness is appalling. why aren't the muppets hosting the oscars. why aren't the muppets commentating the olympics. why aren't the muppets coming to a theatre near me every year with a new adaptation of a classic novel. genuinely what are we doing.
Sappy as it may sound, NATM’s message of “an interest in history makes it come alive” is brilliant.
You don’t need a magic tablet to bring museum exhibits to life. All you need to do is harbor an interest in the subject! Go visit your local museum, get books from your library, read about historical figures, and get involved in learning about different people and cultures.
The real magic is learning because that is what keeps history alive. And that’s the entire message of the NATM trilogy, which is something I find truly beautiful.
