Btw if YOU took the time to look at MY blog you would see it says 18 which is a ADULT. Also i’m not a friend of snows just a bystander that thinks she hasn’t done anything wrong. To me it looks like both of you not understanding the symptoms of certain mental illnesses Snow portrays. You aren’t doing anything for me. You don’t know me.

And I have looked at your blog! The only thing I saw you correct snek about was the r34 thing. There’s nothing else on your blog about you correcting the ableism UNTIL I said something. So I’m atleast happy Snek now knows but that doesn’t stop the fact it barely became public AFTER I said something so you cannot blame me for not knowing you two talked about that in private I assume.

Also you didn’t acknowledge the fact snow researches the topics she talks about and most likely knows what she’s talking about so please tell me what she’s fetishizing and why you think it’s fetishizing the mental illness because I have friends that display the symptoms snow writes about that love and find comfort in her work.

I agree just because you’re disabled doesn’t mean your immune to criticism but that also means snow doesn’t have to respond to criticism if she doesn’t want to. Free will exists and if she doesn’t want to respond she doesn’t have to because in my opinion you both have been rude about the way you approach the conversation.

Also you thinking I pulled a waffles and pancakes on you when I was just saying why I think snow doesn’t have bad portrayals of mental illness(her research). If anything the original post was a waffles and pancakes because it was snow talking about micro aggressions and instead of talking about it you started talking about snows portrayal of mental illness. Which I guess ties into mental illness but was not at all in context with what snow was saying in my opinion.

I would like to say making you part of a minority doesn't make you unable to make bad representation of said minority

An example of a creator being part of a minority and creating awful rapresentation is vivzipop (shocking😑), vivzipop is latina and a bisexual woman (for what she said) yet her depection of the lgbtq+ comunity is lacking and her depetion of poc people feels like an after thought if not straight up racist! (Im not even speak on how vivzipop writes SA as a joke...)

To make it clear im not saying snow is at the same levels of vivzipop (vivzipop is in my opinion worst then snow, because vivzipop as one to many nazi fanart under her belt and one to many jewish steriotypes in her series...) this was just an example😑

Hello again, Im back with another reference :)) this time Id like to introduce Vlaemynck, hes a jolly guy who came form nowhere. He’s really friendly and will be your friend if you want him to be. Be nice to him! This leaves 2 character references left for drawing. (don’t make fun of his last name please, its derived from an actual cartographer)

Okay, I had an OC ref in the works, but I didnt finish that one, so i decided to convert the Simon I drew into a reference! im so very happy to draw him again! He’s my husband and I am his number 1 fan. This is a reminder that he is shipped with my OC Dr. Silverstein. Note that the design doesn’t belong to me, it is made by @banesberry-anomoly , thanks for letting me draw him! This is a redraw of one of the first references i made.

Design notes:

- he has a hearing aid: half deaf

- finger prosthesis for his pinky finger and ring finger

- smile lines and crowsfeet because I love giving characters wrinkles

- while not visible in this design, he has scars on his hands and all over his back. The scars reduce his fine motor skills.

So i’m guessing you just ignored this from the firewall account which is public and snow saying she regrets those arts we’re made and the reasoning she hasn’t said anything about it.

I think the old art is bad yes, but I see no issue in the new stuff. Snow has publicly said the last image that’s recent was a joke made for a friend.

And for the micro aggression thing i was referring to Snek also saying Snow has a “lack of braincells” which is a horrible thing to say about a autistic person. But we address that and Snek has apologized so I assume that’s over. Also my point has been that snow doesn’t romanticize mental illness in any of her writings or art. There’s a difference between making a non serious joke and her serious writing/art. if you give me a example of serious art pieces or writing that romanticizes mental illness i could see where you’re coming from but as someone who’s read snows stuff it’s all well thought out and researched.

My life changed dramatically when Israeli military launched a sweeping war against Gaza. My home and our neighborhood in the North have been destroyed along with our belongings and precious memories early in this crisis.😢💔

Forced to flee with nothing but the clothes on our backs, today, we find ourselves sheltering in a displacement camp lacking access to sanitation, medical supplies, food and drinkable water. I will not talk a lot about the dire and unbearable life we have to go through, as no word can express it fairly 🥺😣

The good news in the midst of this tragedy, that I am one of the 22 women from the developing world who have been awarded OWSD- PhD fellowship to pursue my PhD study in Malaysia🍉💪. But now I am stuck in Gaza unable to achieve my dream because Israeli army has occupied and closed all the border crossings 😭💔

It’s 2am and I decided to cook up a little drawing since I haven’t drawn anything proper in a long while, as such do forgive the quality.

Its a bit shameful to use a message of snow saying snek is using micro aggressions toward her and STILL not commenting on it.

Autistic people have different mannerisms from neurotypical people so they use masking to fit in with social norms mannerisms.

Usually autistic people could only mask so much so their mannerisms slip through while masking. Usually neurotypical people will catch on and call autistic people masking off-putting or that somethings wrong with them when they're trying to blend in with the rest of society. How would i know this? I'm autistic! and this has happened to me so many times!

So to have the audacity to say somethings off about snow and how she acts when there's no evidence of snow harassing or sexualizing anyone is weird!

You also have skipped over the fact that snow is disabled and probably puts symptoms of her own disability into her art and there is no issue with that. If you have no knowledge of snows disability or do not have a disability its best to not comment on if snow is portraying it correctly or not.

Also comparing snow to vivziepop not potraying sexuality right when mental illness and sexuality are two vastly different things is crazy!

If you took the time to look at snows intro you would see that snow researches physical disabilities, mental disorders, and medical accuracy.(i will put a screenshot under the post) Again snow most likely understands how the mental illnesses she displays works because she does a lot of research.

So in conclusion using a message where snow says someone is using microaggressions against her (in this situation you and snek) to just not acknowledge your faults but instead discuss the portrayals of certain illnesses while not being educated on the topic is bad. Do better. This just looks like harassment rather than callout at this point.
