Katsuki has been your best friend since they were little, Katsuki has always been protective of you, he swore to be the number one hero, so he would protect you from all the evil in the world. You had a healing quirk, you never thought about being a hero, you actually wanted to be like your parents, you wanted to be a doctor. Your father was a famous doctor of the great heroes, he always supported your choice, you studied medicine from a very young age.

Especially after hearing a conversation between his father and Bakugou’s parents. The explosive boy was very likely to go deaf because of his quirk, it scared you.

Katsuki just said it was silly and you shouldn’t worry. Well, you were worried. In a few days you started doing research and classes in pounds. You wanted to be ready for anything. Bakugou has always been by your side and you would do the same for him.

Thinking about Katsu having a huge crush on you and overhearing you laugh and joke with Hanta and Denki while saying in passing “I love a man that can make me laugh.”

Thinking about how he goes to the library to check out joke books, watches stand up comedy shows, sits and suffers through all of the Spongebob episodes because he’s heard you and the morons quoting it from sun up to sun down.

And like he goes to Kiri because he can’t go to Denki or Hanta because they will absolutely tell you as soon as he speaks to them about it. So he goes to Kiri and is like “Teach me how to be funny.” and Kiri is just like “What are ya talking about man. You’re already funny!” And Katsu just huffs in annoyance because he hears you laughing again, this time at some stupid impression of Endeavor Denki is attemtping.

And suddenly Katsu loses it because why the fuck is Sparky able to make you laugh that hard? What’s Sparky got that he doesn’t? So he stomps over to you, hanta and Denki as yall are just catching your breaths from the laughing fit. Katsuki glares at the three of you and you smile up at him.

“Oh, hey Bakugo.You good?” And he doesn’t even hear you speaking because he’s staring at your dimples and your flushed cheeks, and the way your eyes are slightly crinkled and he thinks “Why does she hafta be so fucking cute?” Then he turns to Denki and is like “That’s a shit impression. The old man sounds more like this.” and he musters up all his strength to absolutely NAIL an Endeavor impression and it’s so spot on that everyone in the immediate vicinity starts cracking up laughing, including you.

You’re laughing so hard you’re wheezing and the cackles of the rest of his friends means absolutely nothing to him. Because he did it, he got you to laugh, which means maybe, when he finally gets the courage to ask you out, you’ll say yes.

Playing the Pocky Game with the Bakusquad.

Sero: sits there grinning with the pocky between his teeth like the smug-ass bastard he is as you bite away from your end, getting closer until your lips meet.

Denki: Gets way too eager and snaps the pocky in half from the get-go, resulting in his face smushing into yours. The fact his lips happened to land on yours is 100% chance but you wont hear him complaining💅

Mina: definitely the smoothest out of all of them, taking little nibbles as you slowly draw closer to each other, her soft hand coming to rest gently on your face. By the time the pocky is all gone neither of you have really noticed and neither of you really care😘

Kiri: another over-eager boy. Keeps biting too hard and the pocky keeps snapping in half which frankly makes him a little downhearted. Please kiss him anyway, he needs it.

Bakugou: refuses to "put that sugary shit in his body," simply resorting to tossing the box to the side and grabbing your jaw with a hand, shamelessly pressing his lips to yours. "Tch. This is what you really wanted anyway, ain't it dumbass?
