Astrological Wonder #1: Can Saturn create strict beauty routines?

Marlene Dietrich, a baddie you were!

Marlene was a Pushya Moon, Mula Sun, and Magha Rising. I have heard a lot about Mercurial Nakshatras getting plastic surgery due to their finicky nature (@coilserpent stated this in her mercurial beauty post), but Marlene was apparently very picky about her appearance once she started to age.

Now I got this from the makeup queen Erin Parsons, but she has a video about makeup tips from women ranging from Marilyn Monroe, Dorothy Dandridge, and other women, including Marlene. In the resource, she found it mentioned that Marlene would use tape to pull her face "taut" (pretty much a Croydon facelift), where she had her make up artists twist tiny strands of her hair around hairpins which were then pulled fiercely tight and fixed further back onto her head, almost so tight to the point she would bleed. She did so to "preserve" her high cheekbones, which made her look youthful. I wonder if this was due to her Pushya Moon (she also had Venus in the 6th too)

Kim Kardashian (Jyestha Rising, Uttara Bhadrapada Moon)

Kim is another good example of this. Although most people chalk it up to her Mercurial influence, but I wonder if Saturn plays a part in it too.

Joan Crawford (Uttara Bhadrapada Sun) Apparently, she would splash her face with ice-cold water 25 times every time she washed her face, which was twice a day. She would also chew a lot of gum throughout the day to tone her neck and jawline.

Gloria Swanson (Uttara Bhadrapada Sun) was known as a health nut of sorts, would never eat sugar, would eat raw vegetables, and make a face mask out of them from time to time. I was afraid of aging terribly.

Astrological Wonder: Saturn and Mercurial Naks are infamous for aging backwards, but Saturn deals with restriction, limitations, and delays, so I wonder if Saturn naks also deal with heavy routines within beauty maintenance. I know other Pushya's like Angelina Jolie, Selena Gomez, and Halle Berry do not have such intense beauty routines as Marlene did.

Anyways, this was just a small observation! Would love some thoughts!

There are way too many sons out here where their Mothers kiss the floor they walk on, but a young girl is held to an impossibly higher standard.

As a black woman, and in our community sons who do degenerate things are constantly being praised and given grace to due "white supremacy", but a black girl who gets abused by the very same men never gets that same grace. Look how people baby Kanye due to him losing his mother versus the high standard they put on Megan who also lost her mom. That comparison (there are so many more stories) let alone should be a definition of the grace men for doing shitty things despite whatever issues they blame their mothers for.

A common argument I hear about men's maltreatment of women is that they were raised poorly by their parents, particularly by their mother.

While I agree that mothers play a role in raising misogynistic men, I don’t think it's fair to pin it entirely on them. Because at the end of the day, men have a mind of their own and are free to make their own choices.

When you win, congratulate yourself.

If you do these things sincerely and consistently, you will witness true sorcery.

Your body will start healing itself for you.

Your heart will start feeling whatever you want it to.

Your mind will start changing your environment to fit you.

No one in this world will love, nurture and protect you as much as you will yourself.

But as with everyone else, you first have to earn yourself’s devotion and loyalty.

So start talking to yourself today. What’s the first thing you will say?

Learning the skill of just enjoying people. Like people will say things I disagree with, but things are a spectrum and I cannot expect perfection and I will never find it anyone and I need to learn to compromise

Ketuvians and their uncanny ability to see themselves as a reflection but detach themselves from themselves if that makes sense.

Like they can do wrong, but because they've detached themselves from their actions, they walk it off as if they didn't do anything wrong. Not saying they do not have feelings of guilt or what not but if they dont see themselves as the person who does things that may/may not be good, they wont feel anything.
