Midoriya, smiling: I don't know, when are you going to ask me out?

Rody: Uh....

Bakugou: SO YOU JUST RAN AWAY?!?

Rody: I WASN'T EXPECTING HIM TO FLIRT BACK.

"Oh? Can't wait for all the fun facts I'll get to hear then." If only Rody really knew the amount of All Might information he would be in for.

Rody put the All Might costume back for the moment being, reaching out to take the hoodie from Deku. Their hands brushed against each other as he took it out of the greenette's hand. He definitely took notice of that, but showed no reaction. Pino looked away during the interaction.

He observed the hoodie, thumbs rubbing against the fabric. "We already match with our headbands so, it's not much of a stretch to match outfits too." Rody held the hoodie up to Pino. No confident hero pose this time around, but she did seem content with the outfit.

“Well, she does like it. No surprise there.” He let out a soft laugh.

It took everything in Izuku not to start bouncing up and down where he was standing. He was waiting outside of Gate 15 for an incoming flight from Otheon. Finally, after seven long months of waiting, today was the day! 

Rody was visiting him in Japan!

They had been planning this for months. Instead of spending his extra money on All Might merchandise, he focused all of it towards Rody’s travel expenses and anything they’d end up doing while together for the week. They had practically talked every other day ever since Rody had saved up money to buy a cell phone. They had learned a lot about each other in that time, and despite the long distance between them, Izuku still felt as if they were becoming closer than ever.

So, really... it wasn’t much of a surprise that this was the most excited he’d felt in a very long time. 

As soon as he spotted Rody’s face, his eyes lit up as bright as the sun. He couldn’t help but rush forward and pull the other young man into a fierce hug. He could feel himself tearing up, but he managed to keep the tears at bay. He couldn’t keep the grin off of his face even if he tried to. 

“I can’t believe you’re actually here right now!” he exclaimed with a cheerful laugh. “It’s so great to see you again, Rody!”

“Ah, there you are!” Izuku welcomes the other in a tone just as cheerful as before, seemingly committed to play a part of Rody’s friend. It’s not a kind of guise that would withstand an attentive examiner, but in a situation like this, it’s as good as any.

When the other boy asks him about the plane, the villain moves to answer it in the exact same, ligh-hearted manner. “At an airport, of course,” he says as he, again, hooks his arm around Rody’s elbow. Just a small safety measure to remind him that they both are on the job here. “There’s a pretty small one not too far away from here, but I guess you already know that. Let’s walk a little, I’ve already called for someone to pick us up.” And after walking for a few minutes, they would reach a car like any other, with a man behind the wheel, waving at the boys when he notices them.

“As promised.” He tried to give a small smile, but it was nothing compared to the other’s faux cheeriness. It was hard to be happy about disappearing on his family for some hours. With a stranger. Seeing the plane was probably the only thing Rody could look forward to. “Well- yeah,” there’s that moment of being caught off guard, maybe a bit annoyed, with the arm hooking. He merely sighs as he lets it happen. “I know that much. That’s where airplanes tend to be. But calling for one like this...” some shady guy could just land in a field and pick them up.

Rody notices the car, taking in the outside details of it; its make.. model... He glances at Izuku before looking at the car door. There was no way he was going in before the other. “You first, pretty boy.” Rody gestures his hand with a smile, in that playful charming way guys do when they let ladies go first.
