Oblivion actually scared me. Like jumpscare and surprise and all.
Just heading towards the Knights of The Nine to tell them I found the helmet and I come across an “Isolated House” as stated on the door.
As one does, I go inside and see some weird shadows on the next floor clipping onto the ceiling above me racing to the stairs.
I get attacked by a couple bandits. Ok, alright, nothing too noteworthy, not even from their equipment to loot in the house.
I leave and bam! An Oblivion Gate spawns and blows up the house as I open the door.
Like, mate, I just wanted to go to the Knights of The Nine and now I have to deal with your sorry ass!
TWAHM tag due to the fact that I’m playing as Lin from it as I usually do for first playthroughs of certain games
It’s funny how Scar killed both Martyn and Ren.
Seems Third Life came back to his memories.

sorry, it's a GOOD thing if cishet people use non-conforming pronouns or dress in non-conforming ways or whatever else. for one, that person may not be cishet. but more importantly, living in a society where more people feel comfortable exploring their relationship to gender and sexuality is an undoubtedly GOOD thing

Oh. Oh no. Is this because of the mind control or something else?
I LOVE how Hermitcraft just feels like a family. And with moments like these just reinforcing that
awakened from my slumber to post this sketch of my favorite moment from the Hermitcraft charity stream cause it makes me feel crazy in the best way I love GrianMC and GeminiTay
i feel like I should say this (not sure if it’s an unpopular opinion or not) but in my mind it’s homophobic to take one character out of a wlw or mlm pairing and gender swap them. Two? Great. I’ve done that before. But intentionally making a queer ship straight- especially the canon ships I’ve seen- is crazy. Let me just take this ship that has endured great hardship because of the fact they’re gay and make them straight! Perfect! It pisses me off so much. I could be overreacting, but it feels like erasing a part of these characters and queer people in general. So yeah i avoid most genderswap fics. This was my Ted talk.
You’re so real for that. I totally agree
Discrepancy #49
Dokja actually uses [Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint] lv.2 a lot more in the novel.
It’s been a hot second since I had a discrepancy-
In the webtoon, Dokja explains pretty much exactly how he and the others survived the first scenario without much prompting other than Joonghyuk’s first question.
[ORV Webtoon, Episode 11]
The discussion is very divided. Dokja speaks and then there’s a sequence of Joonghyuk thinking things through.
Meanwhile, in the novel, Dokja uses the context clues from his ability to figure out the right thing to say.
[ORV Novel, Chapter 11]
It’s more back and forth until the end where Joonghyuk has his fun existential crisis.
I actually like how Dokja is actively using what he hears from other people’s minds to aid his own intentions. It’s like having a play through guide in a dating sim; figuring out what to say to get your desired response. It also makes more sense this way when Dokja’s ability forcibly shuts off due to heavy immersion.
ORV is an amazing ability, as we know, and he’s already used level 1 the way it was intended. This second level isn’t just so he can hear people’s thoughts, but also so that he can orchestrate the reactions he wants.
I just like how it’s done in the novel better.
