If you don't mind me asking. What exactly is the difference between Andy's and Nya's powers? Like I don't see the big difference that makes rain and water two separate Elemental powers

Andy not master rain. Master rain it’s Ringleader, he best friend Andy’s father.

(Water and ice are almost the same thing, but they are different.)

Ringleader can't control water, he can only control rain, normal and acidic.
