"I'm pretty with makeup"
"I'm pretty without makeup"
Radical feminism: "It doesn't matter if you're pretty at all. You don't exist to be pretty."
"Female body hair is okay"
"Female body hair is not okay"
Radical Feminism: "Female body hair simply exists and is completely neutral. Talking about whether its 'okay' doesn't even make sense."
"Presenting THIS way makes you a man"
"Presenting THIS way makes you a woman"
Radical feminism: "Nothing about the way you present makes you a man or woman. Gender isn't real."
I love that radical feminism just removes you from so many binaries of thought. It makes them completely nonsensical. Why would I analyze whether I'm pretty when it doesn't matter either way? Why is the acceptability of my body hair even a subject of discussion? It merely exists, just like the bark on a tree. Does society sit around and debate whether a tree ought to be able to keep its bark?
I've come to realize that I've been handed a ton of "either/or" choices about who I am all my life and told to make a decision on each one. And they were all illusions! I just exist. I never had to justify the way I am or even formulate an opinion on it.
It's not progressive to say "women are oppressed so they should be brutalized in films for the sake of realism". Hate to break it to you, but most men are sadistic towards women, not empathetic. The male film director who recycles the violent pornography he’s consumed isn’t challenging anything. He's only desensitizing an entire audience to cruelty against women.
Of course you feel disconnected from your gender it’s quite literally a made up set of rules based on stereotypes
I love to see the general public finally waking tf up
Guess what group has been talking about all these things for years and was demonized, shamed and threatend for it 🤔
'Makeup is an art form', yes. If you use it to create funky, vibrant eyeshadows, tradgoth makeup or add spirals and designs to your face, this is a form of 'self expression', as people like to refer to it. It's abnormal and indicates you're doing it for yourself rather than to adhere to the standards of beauty.
However, doing makeup which looks ‘natural’, trying to hide the fact you’re wearing it, using it to cover blemishes, hyperpigmentation etc that is not self expression if anything it’s self concealment. Hiding your natural self to appear more attractive to society is not an art form it’s a form of subordination which reinforces the idea that women must perform and that there’s something inherently flawed about our bodies. But libfems aren’t ready for that conversation.
I know two men who are currently single. One is 26, and the other is 38.
I’ve spoken with both of them at length about what they want in a woman, seeing as they’re cishet and white.
They both immediately went for physical attributes. Thin, but needs to have a nice butt. Boobs can’t be too big. One likes short hair, the other likes long hair. They also went into facial features for some reason. That was the part that made me really uncomfortable as I hadn’t expected either of them to have been that focused on appearances.
Aesthetics came next. Both want ‘alt goth / witchy’ women. It should be worth noting both of these men said their potential partner can’t wear too much makeup.
Lastly came personality and interests. They both said this is the most important thing to them, but they also ‘have to be pretty’. Oh, and they need to listen.
I have some single ladies I’ve also spoken with.
It’s the opposite. They rarely care about looks. It’s about chemistry, emotional connection, feeling safe, and sharing common goals / ideals.
While I know it’s not ‘all men’ it sure as fuck is a lot of you. Also both of these men think they’re part of the ‘good cishet white liberal men’ who voted for Kamala, despite one of them not voting at all.
He’s the 38 year old. To make things worse, he’s trying to date a 24 year old. 🤷♀️ His criteria for a potential partner was also under the age of 30 because it means less baggage and they’re still ‘fun to be around’.
You don’t want to know what he doesn’t bring to the table. Either of them, rather. 😅
We do have a male loneliness epidemic, but it’s not women’s fault. We don’t owe you anything. We’re not vending machines you put tokens into and get sex out of. Male culture made by men and perpetuated by men has made men this way. And it’s your job as men to fix it, not point the finger at us and say it’s our fault for not wanting to be with you. Some of us like myself want to actually HELP you, but you guys rarely want to listen. You instead want to complain to us about our gender and how unfair we’re being by not giving you a chance.
We don’t owe you anything.
On January 20th, 2025 and forward, they’re going to try to take our rights. They may succeed.
Men have to take from us because they’ve gaslit themselves into seeing us as the enemy, despite having driven us away by their own actions centered around self interest.
“It’s not all men. But it sure is a lot of you.”
my heart rips a tiny bit any time i hear "you're serving cunt" or "bitch" or literally anything else. the normalization is insane.
You're not a real feminist if you use degrading words against women
I always hated the “pregnant with his child” like what you do mean “his child”, the saying “put a child in her” always been pornographic and oppressive to me. It’s in a way saying a woman is just a incubator or a machine for a specimen
men are responsible for everything i hate about the world. don't like war? men are behind it. don't like gangs? men are behind it. don't like billionaires? don't like capitalism? don't like poor medical infrastructure? don't like teen pregnancy? don't like pedophilia? don't like divorce? don't like public insecurity? don't like invasion of privacy? don't like theft? don't like rape? don't like climate change? don't like slavery and human trafficking? don't like fascism? don't like tribalism? don't like colonialism? don't like the systemic violence enacted on homosexual people? don't like hierarchy? don't like inequality? don't like massacres and genocides? don't like economic instability? what? is there anything you hate? feel anger toward? is anything sacred to you? are you bothered by anything?
to say you love men is to say you love the world as it is.
It's really weird and uncomfortable speaking to someone and realizing that they watch pornography. There's always a few tells and it always makes me feel a bit grossed out.
