Oh, you mean Runt? That's Hollow's Child actually, only referred as "Runt" due to having been born so weak and Hollow not knowing about Naming your children. Runt isn't a full on Vessel, the spawn of Mortal Bug and Void Entity therefore they're capable of proper emotions instead of starting "Hollow" like Pure Vessels. Runt is still a baby hence they cry Alot and Hollow, having no experiences being a parent just goes off their already limited Instincts when it comes to raising their own Child.

The other Parent is a OC-Sona sorta character who'll sometimes check on both but Usually Hollow raises Runt alone, the Pic actually was Hollow going to Greenpath to visit him but all the sounds of the Maskfly and other bugs scares Little Runt so they try to keep it calm

Geez I wonder who's my favorite Pokémon. Jokes aside it used to be Mimikyu but after playing the Teal Mask Ogerpon just completely took over as my Favorite Pokémon, I always liked Grass types it's my favorite Starter type but there's just something about Ogerpon I adore, like how expressive it is for example! Also helped that we actually spent time with one in the DLC instead of just showing up with no build up at the end of it.

A quick little general slugcat headcanon (featuring a not-so quick drawing to go with it)!

Slugpups have a habit of riding on their parents' tails, kinda like how human kids sometimes cling to their parents' legs! However, for slugcats it's not just for fun, but actually a somewhat instinctive behavior that provides some utility in allowing the parents to carry their kids around more easily when they're small and can't keep up as well on their own. Since slugcats naturally drag their tails — the tail's inherent thickness and large fat stores make it too heavy to lift off the ground all the time — it doesn't really hurt or hinder the parents' movement much, and so is generally pretty efficient when traveling with pups, especially for couples with larger or multiple litters to care for.

Besides that, young slugpups may ride on their parents' backs (usually with the parent walking on all fours in this case), sitting on their shoulders, or just straight-up being carried in their arms, though the final is generally the most difficult option. Once they're big enough they usually walk beside, holding one parent's hand until they're trusted to not stray too far.
