wilson is ashamed to even want sex alfjalkg. yes, he's definitely ashamed of the way he acts and the sounds he makes and especially the things he's into. he feels ashamed when he gets too into it bc he feels like he's focusing too much on his own pleasure and not enough on hers. When he moans or says smth dirty, there's worry and shame that she doesn't like it.
